Mat Franic is our strata manager at NSW Strata Management.
He is a brilliant manager, easy to deal with, always freindly and always pro active in assisting us to manage out complexes finance and ongoing maintenance.

As the liaison person for our strata, any time that I have had to contact Sachin Sharma either for work to be requested or any financial requests
he has promptly provided the information.
Our car parking problems have been solved thanks to Sachin
I can highly recommend him and those of us that have his expertise and guidance are very lucky

NSW Strata, as the Strata Managing Agent for our strata scheme, was represented by Belinda Faith, who was our direct strata manager.

As Secretary and Chairman, I found Belinda extremely diligent, timely and courteous at all times.

Unfortunate circumstances relating to a complicated building insurance claim forced Belinda to go well above what might have been accepted to ensure the claim process was successful and relatively painless.

Belinda showed a very calm demeanour at all times and pursued a number of actions with professionalism and patience.

I want to thank Belinda for working above and beyond for our small strata. I can highly recommend Belinda Faith as a skilled strata manager with excellent communication skills.

NSW Strata has always been professional and friendly whenever I have had to deal with them over the last 15 years.
Peter Stenz is very knowledgeable and keen to offer you a solution to any issue you may have.
It's always good to know that if you call NSW Strata the person on the other end of the phone is always polite and friendly and happy to help direct you to the person you're looking for.
I can't recommend NSW Strata Managment enough.

Although a new owner and new to unit living, and despite the aingst regarding dealing with strata managers I am pleasantly surprised with the attention payed to my issues, I find Fady a pleasure to deal with and his prompt actions with my concerns are much appreciated.

Joanne Counter from NSW Strata Management has been our Strata Manager for a number of years and she is the best Strata Manager we have ever had. No issue is too big or too small, Joanne is very knowledgeable and follows through on all requests promptly, efficiently and professionally. I hope Joanne manages our strata plan for many years to come.

ROOF COLLAPSED ON 29TH MARCH 2022 STILL NO ACTION

Posting this review on behalf of my mother.

I have been a resident of a complex managed by NSW Strata Management for 21 years and cannot adequately express how disappointed and upset I am in the company that I have had to wait nearly 2 months for your company to make any adequate progress on the state of my bedroom ceiling.

NSW Strata Management is not managing this complex, and in particular my residence. There are constant changes of representatives who do not have any knowledge on the history of the complex (age, condition, geographical location, along with the other owner occupiers.

An introduction, and a walk-through of the complex would be most welcome.

The biggest concern of mine is that it appears that this company does not recognise what its role is. NSW Strata Management, is employed by my complex to do a service. At this point in time, there is no service. You work on our behalf, and in our best interests.

Up until this point, the issue has been addressed in a cursory manner, with previous roofing repair companies believing that the best solution was to put a BUCKET under a leak, to which the strata company was charged for.

My husband and I have been exposed to black mould, loose insolation and gyprock particles over the last month and a half, and as a result, I am now experiencing a severe bronchial condition, have not been able to work for the last week, and am bed-ridden in a room that is still leaking from the ceiling whenever it rains. As I am sure you can appreciate, this has now turned into an issue affecting my health and safety, and will be pursuing this matter as such.

I have not seen the recent roofing report, although I was told it would be strongly advised to replace the old roofing for new roofing tiles, sarking to be replaced and then additional internal corrections to be completed.

If I continue to not get any action from this company, I will be taking this issue further to the Department of Fair Trading.

Attached are images of my bedroom ceiling, that has taken over a month and a half to be adequately addressed.

Excellent communication and follow up
Tyrone Jackson is great to work with. He is very helpful and responsive to all of our queries. He is friendly but professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend to friends and family.

What is working for us is our Strata Manager, Diddy. He always responds promptly & either advises us or sorts out any issue that may arise.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE COME ACROSS. SLOW TO RESPOND, CARELESS WITH OUR MONEY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY CHARGE FOR LIFTING THE PEN AND PHONE. IF POSSIBLE I WOULD GIVE -MINUS STARS.

Poor poor management. Don't answer questions, they aren't proactive. Very poor customer service and don't really care about the people who pay their strata Levy's. If I could I'd give them a 0 star rating.

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Mathew Franic who has assisted me with a recent roof leak for one of our managing units. Thank you for being extremely helpful, and your responsive to throughout the entire situation. I would not hesitate recommending NSW Strata Management Baulkham Hills.

Unsupportive, unprofessional, non responsive, don't answer all your questions and answer very few question which suits them. Very bad customer service
