Compared with your great job, I went to a private clinic called Women’s Diagonostic and they did a so rush job and cost me $300.

You are always well organized and doctors I met before are all professional and patient.

Terrible service. Rude staff. Completely no consideration given to patient needs. I wouldn’t recommend this facility to my worst enemy.

Very very rude receptionist! I made a phone call to make an appointment but received very rude manner. The girl answered the phone was very impatient. Shocking.

Despite being packed and under a lot of pressure with Covid restrictions (temperature checks, limited seating, sanitiser, forms to fill.) the staff here were friendly, calm, prepared and methodical. We walked in without an appointment and were out again within 40 minutes. Felt it was only fair to give a review as I was impressed.

Not satisfied with today’s service. I normally use this Center and they are pretty good. But, today, seems like they start working on quantity instead quality. Lady finished my shoulder scan with in 2 mins. She was not friendly and pleasant either. Looks like she was rushing. The way I was served, looks like my report will be inaccurate.
Poor experience.

I have attended this practice 4 countless years. Always I have been treated with utmost courtesy, politeness & a caring attitude. Appointments also have been arranged promptly, while additionally medical staff have always treated me with a fabulous pleasant attitude. A 5 star rating is a rating given without any hesitation.

Be aware of a young Asian male technician with glasses who does ultrasound check. He was extremely rude, absolutely no manner and was yelling at us. This was the worst experience in the past 5 years since I used this radiology. If you don’t have any basic customer service skills, don’t have any patience or compassion for patients, then you are not suitable for this job. Your behavior was totally unacceptable and I won’t tolerate this.

Not enough professional. Dr Bit Wong from Nepean Advised me to go emergency straight after ultrasound and doctor said it's nothing to be serious and perfectly well after Hospital examination. Stay away.

Went in for an ultrasound with an injection as per drs instructions and as per booking sheet. Had ultrasound and was told that I had to come back for the injection when it was clear at the booking and drs letters that unjection to be completed at same time. Ultrasound person fought verbally over this and refused to sort out. Piss poor effort. Never going back! Also cancelling my other appoimtments that I need to pay for and going else where

NR provided effective support to my emotional outburst to being closed in.they also offered a selection of various music of my choice to dampen sounds:)

Wife had 12 week Ultrasound. Fantastic experience. Chris was very professional and she was lovely.

Unprofessional and low levels of care. Attended Nepean Radiology for a shoulder ultrasound. The initial sonographer asked no questions about existing conditions that may impact the ultrasound and no pre-ultrasound questionnaire was provided. I explained to the first sonographer that I have also have broken my elbow which further reduced my my range of movement. This sonographer was mindful of this. During the ultrasound he went to find another practitioner to provide a second opinion. This practitioner proceeded to perform the ultrasound but due to my limited range of movement, my shoulder wasn’t in the ideal position, so with out asking he grabbed my hand to position it. This caused excruciating pain to my elbow. No apology was offered. I have since had to increase my pain relief and am in more discomfort then before I attended. I have an appointment with the doctor tomorrow and hope no further damage as caused. Avoid this negligent practice.

Staff talk to patients in a degrading way. Asking personal questions in waiting room in front of other patients. When my father, in extreme pain, asked one of the staff members for some help getting down from a bed, staff replied “do you really need help? ”
Emailed the clinic and have had no response. Was appalled and disgusted, will never return.

Always a good experience here, definitely the best in Penrith. I've been to the others, one place was horrible radio staff & the other place didn't read my scan properly & my condition went undiagnosed for 4 months until a specialist looked at the scan & realised the radiologist had not seen the glaring obvious. Sticking with Nepean.

I'm a frequent flyer at nepean radiology i go there for all my cts ct injections ultrasounds and guideded injections. They are awesome Dr's know their stuff and they staff are truly awesome.

Excellent service at both Penrith and Mt Druitt branches. Staff are efficient, professional and friendly. Had injections into spine and pain relief was instant. The specialist doctors and CT staff were excellent.

Had to have autrasound on my Achilles ao that they could injeci it. The lady (sorry ive forgotten her name) she was so informative whe she was doing the autrasound.
Went back today for injection same lady again.
I was so scared of how much it would hurt i didnt hurt as much as vit B injection

I have nothing but great comments about Neapean Radiology I have been there a few times lately for Scans, XRays Ultra Sounds & pain Injections. Every time they have been friendly & constantly talked through procedures. Job well done.
