41 They have ferals working there, silly kid at the front desk asked if I wanted my mri scan, I said no just send them to my lawyer and the insurance company only to receive the results on my phone that are not acceptable from my specialist because of the security breach, I should've just went back to rouse Hill atleast you don't have to deal with kids

I've had TWO appointments cancelled by this place, 1st because of a breach of their cyber security and now because the MRI overheated, meanwhile I'm in constant discomfort and a MRI would help find out what is causing the discomfort. I have to drive an hour for these appointments and have had take days off of work.
GET IT TOGETHER NEPEAN RADIOLOGY.
Been there twice in the last 2 days and I cannot express how grateful I am to the sonographer.
Pleasant manner, extremely thorough and made me feel extremely comfortable.

Phoned and spoke to Chantelle who was very helphful as I needed a hard copy of an MRI I had 2 weeks ago. She said no problem and I can pick it up. Very polite and and helpful. Recommend
I visited there for ultrasound for the first time on 19/05/23 at around 10.30 am. The receptionist (don’t know her name but has black hair and wears glasses) was extremely rude. If I didn’t know something she could’ve helped me instead of showing attitude. I had some enquiries but her behaviour made me head to a different receptionist. The doctor who did my ultrasound was really nice but the receptionist’s behaviour ruined my day. Not going back to that place.
I just had the worst experience here. Normally it’s ok, but this time I went in for an ultrasound after a miscarriage. The lady took a few SECONDS and rushed the whole thing, then I saw her leave for lunch. I feel so sick and I’m worried about ectopic or retained things and am not at all confident she checked everything. I have a connective tissue disorder that complicates things. Plus I have ptsd so the whole experience was awful and triggering. She was unkind and blunt.
I happened to land at this radiology centre incorrectly (booked in at another centre). However, starting from the reception to all the staff, they were all helpful and kind. They were understanding with the mixup, and since there were openings, they booked us in. Even while the procedure was happening, the staff were thoughtful. My husband is less mobile, and hence there were some adjustments that need to be done when doing the CT scan and X-rays. However, they were understanding and kind, they made the experience very pleasant! I will surely go here for any and all radiology needs if the service continues to be what I encountered yesterday.
Ultrasounds for a unborn child are suppose to be pleasant and beautiful experience; however this facility is filled with people who do not honour their word and their policies seem to change every second, depending on who you speak to. If you want your day wrecked, or a lovely experience to be destroyed by some bureaucratic red tape enforceable by a power hungry manager then make your appointment here. There seems to be no room for empathy or any human decency here and that is why I will no longer come to this so called place of business ever again.
Had MRI today the staff were just terrific.

Today I seen Ahmed who preformed my specialist ultrasound (not pregnancy) and I can not praise him enough, he was professional, personable and just overall made me feel completely comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Thank you Ahmed for your service and help today.
Went in for an ultrasound and was berated for having been to another imaging practice prior to this scan (as they have nothing to compare results to). There is no need to compare results- that's what my doctor is doing. All I needed was the images and the stats.
I explained I normally go to another practice but as they were booked solid I had no choice. I felt like they were talking to a child. Very rude. On top of this a student or new staff member performed the scans and would not speak the entire 30 mins, I had no idea what was going on. It would be nice if you made your patients feel comfortable, treat them like people not test subjects.
I won't be back.
My GP referred me to Nepean Radiology. I had been there before and received good service. I was referred for a chest x-ray as I was experiencing some discomfort on the left side of my chest. I am double vaccinated and always wear my mask, I also live alone. When booking in I was told they can't do it without a negative covid test.
Have come here many times. Staff are usually welcoming and professional and definitely make you comfortable and feel at ease during any scans.
Had an apt today where I was refused service after: asking when booking of any covid requirements including mask issues (got told nothing), attended with exemption documentation from wearing mask due to nerve damage, wore a scarf around my face the whole time, and was 9 months pregnant in severe pain was not allowed anyone with me with full bladder (for ultrasound). If they had bothered to read my exemption they would see i suffer from severe nerve damage to my face and PTSD. Instead of caring they just walked away and told me that i had to email and then wait (hours, days, weeks) for a response from their risk management team about not wearing a mask - which was never advised to me when booking. Didnt even allow me to use a toilet given the full bladder required for the scan.
I suffered a severe panic attack and breakdown as a result of their conduct and am in even more pain now.
Not to mention that they breached the disability discrimination act.
I understand the fear of covid but when they breach other requirements such as allowing another patient to enter without a mask, allowing a child sneezing and coughing without a mask and without covid test results to enter, staff and patients using the same pens without gloves, were not social distancing from patients - their conduct is disgusting.
Need a chest xray. First i have to take time off work to have a covid test and hope it comes backs in 72 hours. Cannot work awaiting results
Megan needs to go. Can't believe how she speaks with and treats customers. I'll go somewhere else from now on thank you.
I find making an appointment for my yearly mammogram and ultrasound very frustrating!
The appointments can only be made at the end of the week (Friday afternoon) for the following week as the doctors rosters are not known.
I rang last Friday at 2.30 for an appointment and there was nothing available for the coming week. Not a good system!
5 stars because the bald male sonographer (don’t know his name sorry) was so kind and empathetic when he told me my baby had died. Thank you so much. Bless you.
It would be great if you put a receptionist that can smile. My second time in here and in both experiences receptionist was rude and didn’t make me feel welcomed at all.

Nepean Radiology Centre is wonderful. Available parking for a start. I was able to get appointments that were quick and convenient. All the staff are very friendly and professional. Virtually no waiting time - seen at my appointment times. I had an ultrasound and whole body scan on Friday 25th September and chest and head CT’s today. Highly recommended
