Not very good that you book them in to come give a quote and they just don’t show up by no call no nothing wasted day off work

Have emailed twice to get a quote and have tried to call them at 10am on a Thursday morning only to have a voice message saying they were closed. Obviously they don't need the business.

Extremely happy with the service, very professional and knew their stuff. Taylor and Dave were extremely helpful and even happy to change one of the doors at the part minute, nothing was a bother

I have had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. I waited around for two whole days (the second time was a rescheduled day after they failed to arrive the first date that was booked in) for someone to come and install my products. I wasn't given a single phone call regarding delays or cancellations, I was merely left just waiting around all day BOTH days until I phoned them myself to find out what was happening. The costomer service is absolutely disgusting.

This company is completely professional in every asset of business. Their punctuality, product and installation was totally amazing. Couldn't fault any aspect part of doing business with them.

Ordered a 1200 wide crimsafe screen door and I am very impressed with the product as well as the service provided. These guys are my go to in the future for all things blinds and doors. Keep doing what you do.

Terrible experience. Paid $700 for two Crimsafe windows screens, 50% upfront. Rep wrote down 2 colours (visit #1). Installer did check measure (visit #2) then came back to work out the correct colour (visit #3). Installer came again (visit #4) to install wrong coloured screens. Rep didn't want to know because it wasn't her fault so they made the installer call and try to get away with not dealing with the issue. Installer came out again (visit #5) to collect screens. THEY JUST TOOK THEM AWAY, SPRAY PAINTED THEM AND BROUGHT THEM BACK (visit #6). I couldn't be bothered chasing it up now. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE. I'll be letting everyone know.

These guys are fantastic. Our blinds look absolutely fabulous. The staff are so lovely and so easy to deal with. They let you know what is going on, arrived when they were meant to and they were all so professional and courteous. Just fantastic customer service. I would certainly use them again and highly recommend them. Thank you all.

I ordered my block out shutters in july
They got installed last Saturday, if i didnt ring up to ask were my shutters were id still be waiting, but there happy to take your money from you!

Very happy with our blinds and screen door that were installed a few weeks ago. Jacky did the quote and helped us decide what we wanted by giving us good options - she is very clear to deal with. Taylor also did a good job installing and was friendly and pleasant. Recommended.

Great service from start to finish. Their install team is wonderful and you can speak with their admin staff all the time if you have any questions. Definitely recommend them.

We had crimsafe sliding doors installed throughout our place with Nepean Blind and screens and would like to say there price and quality is hands down the best in Sydney, highly recommend them very high quality workmanship and great management that listen and solve any issues quickly!

We just had all 4 screen doors on our house replaced with hinged diamond-grilled screen doors and we're 100% happy and satisfied with the work completed. After sales service and warranty issues extremely poor. 2 emails later and still none has attempted to rectify my issue. Wouldn’t touch these guys again, happy to take my money but definitely poor service.
