If ZERO STARS was an option, they would 100% get ZERO!
- They NEVER answer their phones.
- Something that was meant to take "6 weeks" has turned into more than 3 months.
- Installation day FINALLY arrives and suprise, suprise "we don't have all the parts to do the installation".
- Reschedules installation AND NEVER TURNS UP!
I cannot call any numbers provided as NO ONE is answering, ever!

Save your TIME and money and please consider another company for your blinds and door needs. This is the most frustrating and unreliable business I've come across yet!

I would like to be positive, but the service we haven't received from this company boggles the mind. They were very accommodating to arrive, measure & quote for a front security screen door + stacker screen door for our Alfresco. We paid the deposit as soon as we received the official quote as we wanted to get moving on the install. Then 19 working days later with no previous contact from the company, we were informed that there was a need for them to return to measure for the final order to be placed (19 working days really!). We were then informed that delivery & install would potentially be another 6 weeks. Seriously: - (
As this was totally unprofessional treatment, we asked for our deposit to be returned & we would source a company with better customer service to supply & install. Then another 12 working days pass & we have just been informed that we will incur a $150 cancellation fee as this was a change of mind. Never mind the unprofessional approach & treatment of a paying customer. I would never recommend Nepean Doors & Blinds or Wynstan for that matter to anyone moving forward due to the lack of service & also contact we have had the pleasure of receiving. We can't consciously recommend anything from them to people as we would look just as bad as these 2 companies.

Extremely slow - we had to chase LOTS - ultimately took 8 months from our original payment to have doors installed. Doors are fine - customer service is rubbish.

I ordered replacement shutters and have been waiting 7 months. Finally rang in June and they advised they were in and booked a day to install. Guess what.they did not turn up. Rang them the next day and denied this. Still waiting.every time I ring they never know what's going on. Rand manager 3 times, never there and never rings me. Definitely do not recommend.

The reply to this message is a joke.still no one has contacted me and I am still waiting for replacement shutters.

Paid our deposit for large powered screens for our alfresco area back in February. Was told initially it would take around 8 - 10 weeks to supply and install. It took 23 weeks before they were finally installed. I had to contact them about half way through to find out what was going on. Found out that the blinds had been made but their installer had quit and they were looking to hire another one. A few weeks later, there were a couple of install dates were booked in but had to be rescheduled for various reasons which caused more delays. In the end, we are happy with the blinds and their install team did a great job, but we the wait was way too long.

Recently purchased some planation shutters from this firm. The Sales Consultant, Kim, visited our house for a measure and product demonstration. Her professional presentation of the product on offer, her advice and general personality were convincing. She was courteous with her time and patience with our questions.

Price – the initial price was very touch and go but we were fortune to coincide with a “sale” where the price outcome was fair and affordable.

The check measure by their installer, Jay, and the subsequent installation was equally courteous and helpful. Jay was very friendly and easy to deal with. On the actual installation Jay was professional taking time to ensure a quality installation and attention to detail. It was a pleasure to have had Jay as our installer.

Could I recommend Nepean Blinds on the efforts of Kim and Jay on this purchase – sure could.

After waiting 2 months for the doors, the guy turned up to fit 2 security doors. He had to go back to the store, as he forgot the locks. He came back an hour later to fit the back door. It was fitted but it won’t lock. The front crimesafe door was made wrong so it had to go back for repairs. They made an appointment to fit the repaired door on Monday but no one turned up or bothered to call us. I rang and the lady who said she would get someone to call me that day. I’m still waiting and it’s Tuesday. My husband spoke to someone there today, who promised to look into it and get back to him about what’s happening. Yes, you guest it, no call at all. This company has bad customer service and no communication skills whatsoever. That’s what you get from helping local business. All I want is two dam doors that work and are fitted properly.

Matt and his team at Nepean Blinds & Doors did a great job on the delivery and installation of our security screen doors. Faultless service. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services.

When our plantation shutters arrived[framed type] our window locks were not able to be used, as the frame obscured the lock, Matt came out, and offered solutions, Jay fitted new locks. Job done 10/10 for fixing this guys. Just worth checking when ordering that your window locks will work. Will use NEPEAN again. Thank you.

Poor customer service, not a reliable long term partner. We had blinds installed by this company but then they refused to provide a service when they broke as they decided not to service our area anymore. Very poor attitude towards existing customers.

Paid our deposit for two awnings on the 27th of April 2022, final measurement on the 24th of May.
No word from them, despite numerous phone calls after the usual 6-8 weeks, although everyone I spoke too seemed very hesitant.
Finally, on the 25th if July, they admitted that the measurements had been mislaid, and sent out another guy to measure, he was the one who advised of the error.
25th of July, advised that the order would be expedited with urgency.
Last Wednesday the 3rd of August, told by G*****a that I would have a firm date within 3-4 days. Well, end of day 4 and nothing.

Remember, I have never received any phone calls as promised, but had to call them.

Next step, I will cancel my order, and expect a full refund.

My original quote was 24th March 2022. I have paid 50% deposit for an awning. Still haven’t had it installed. The whole process has been diabolical. Phone calls never returned. Never receive updates. Have had to physically attend the shop to get any response. Very poor service.

I had 8 plantation shutters installed today and love them. All a perfect fit, excellent communication from Matt, Jay was 100% professional and a pleasure to have in house installing them. Well done Nepean Blinds & Doors

Poor quality workmanship and terrible communication. Failed to reconcile my payment which led to delays. Actual screen door is terrible quality. It has gaps in the miter joints, screws missing during install and bracket holding door couldn't even be screwed in straight or with the same colour screws (see photos). Looks worse then a DIY job. I recommend you DO NOT use this company.

Worse communicating company i have ever dealt with. Definitely will never be using or recommending them to anyone. After several emails and phone calls months of waiting for 2 canvas awnings told a couple of times they were on a delivery we still never received them.
Finally only after 3 phone calls requesting to speak to the manager (with no call backs) my husband Finally requested a refund to which the manager had them installed 3 days later.

In saying that we won't be ever using them again.

Horrendous communication & experience with this company.
We wanted to support a smaller, family run business with the purchase of a whole house worth of blinds, screens & shades.
We put our faith in the experience of the professionals when booking in the style we wanted & we were told it could be done without issue.
1. We've had to move furniture a whopping 3 times because they've not been able to complete the whole job each time due to lack of communication inhouse, not having the correct parts and once not even showing up after a booking mishap.
2. Management have been no where to be found either during this stuff around with my husband having to call them twice to get a response as to what's happening and 4 weeks after thier 3rd stuff up, we're still waiting to hear from anyone as to when our work will be completed.
3. This is not a lockdown issue, this is clearly a communication between team member issue & we feel completely disappointed with how our booking had been handled & would never recommend this company to anyone.
