Staff took the piss out of people waiting by socialing with customers. No ETA given by staff.

Totally worth the 1hr and a half travel my friend and I did to come here. So professional, fairly priced, and relaxed. The staff are lovely, we had Mariana pierce us and they were absolutely wonderful. Will be returning for my next piercing:)

I have been at Neon Needles for a daith piercing and Ru has been simply the best. She has been very helpful and gentle during the procedure, I would definitely come back with her should I need another one:) Thanks Ru

Got my nose pierced. One of the bars was too short I tried to get in contact with sterling, he didn't respond. I dealt with those complications myself. I had a double nose piercing on the other side. I wasn't sure about the placement and asked for help. Piercer wasn't bothered to help he just said its up to you.

I walked out having paid $300 and 1/3 piercings I was actually satisfied with.

Came here to get pierced with my gf. I did the septum and was a disaster. First try came out super crooked, he did it again and came out crooked again, just a tiny little bit better. Still not good as it should. So I decided to give up and I took it off after 1 h cause it was to evident. My gf did the nostril and he pierced her with a 3 mm needle and usually you pierced with 1 mm! The guy was really rude and not friendly at all. He offered us a discount while was already a shame to pay for that. Absolutely not recommended!

Went to Neon to have my lobe pierced and they were the best ones on my first time experience, defo if you want to have a piercing just come to this place!

Ru was amazing. Lovely experience from start to finish. Truely appreciated her knowledge and honesty. This place is amazing and would recommend to anyone looking to be pierced.

Highly recommended. So patient and professional! They talked me through each step and I was so comfortable and didn’t feel any pain for my septum piercing. They also gave me detailed aftercare advice!

I Would highly recommend this studio I felt very relaxed and well taken care of and was especially appreciative of the breathing techniques. While getting my piercings done. The studio was very clean and hygienic I would definitely return here in the future for any other piercings that I want done. I'm a very happy with the results that I got and the aftercare advice that I was given was very clear and simple to follow

I am especially impressed with the fact that the person who did my piercings went out of their way to recommend APP piercing studios in my area to get my jewellery from and any further advice regarding what jewellery I need, especially considering the fact that I do not live in Australia

Neon needles… the perfect place for piercings! I’ve had my daith, labret, medusa and tongue pierced at this place by Skevos. He is the most wonderful and warm piercer, who made me feel super comfortable all whilst being extremely well versed and professional. He communicated with me every step of the way & I wouldn’t go anywhere else for all my piercing needs

My forward helix piece fell out and had to rush into town to get the labret back in and Sterling was so kind to do it for me and change my tragus at the same time. Super friendly team, gave me some advice and they THE MOST STUNNING jewellery pieces I have ever come across! Highly recommend going. If only I didn't live on the other side of the world, this would be my local place!

Got my first cartilage piercing here and Sterling was incredibly professional and detailed. They take hygiene seriously here which is great! Would highly recommend this place:)

I've been coming here to get my piercings done since 2020 and I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic staff! Skevos and Sterling are absolutely lovely people and extremely helpful with any piercings you want to get done. Everything has always been extremely sanitary and always with the highest quality jewellery. I've never had any issues with any of the piercings I've gotten here, and have been extremely happy with all of them.

Whether your coming for a piercing, for jewellery, or anything else the staff are always kind and accommodating and I think it's a perfect place to go to. I will never stop recommending this place!

I’m incredibly disappointed by the customer service I received from Sterling. I brought some titanium jewellery to be anodised and when Sterling found out where I’d purchased the jewellery (another business) he point blank told me that it wasn’t titanium and that he wouldn’t anodise it. After some back and forth he decided to bring me round the back to watch the anodisation process so “you can watch it bubble up because it’s not titanium” Lo and behold the jewellery changed colour and was in-fact titanium!

I just wanted to get some jewellery anodised and was met with an unnecessary amount of hostility and pushback from Sterling. I understand wanting to ensure that the jewellery was indeed titanium but this whole interaction could have come from a place of education and kindness instead of belittlement and disrespect. I’m really disappointed Sterling.

Great experience! I got my seconds and helix pierced with Antonio. Everyone is very welcoming, kind and professional. I really appreciate the time they took to make me feel comfortable while having my piercings. I look forward to coming back here in future.

I have had my septum and naval piercing done here and I could not rate them any higher. Sterling is so respectful, understanding and professional. He clearly has so much experience and takes his work very seriously. I in particular have a reconstructed naval with scarring and he worked with me to achieve the best result which I’m so happy with.
Will definitely go back for any future piercings.

They were so unprofessional. I couldn’t believe that after a booking a week in advance they refused to pierce us. Absolutely shocking customer service.
