We bought a queen bed from NaturallyTimber Furniture. The quality of the bed is exceptional. Beautifully designed and crafted. But what got them my 5 star rating was also how easy they were to work with. We sent through a ton of questions and they were quickly answered each time. We modified the bed drawings 3 different times and each time they were accomidating and sent back updated drawings each time. We raised up the bed, lowered the depth of the mattress and increased the size of the bedside tables to match the size of the bed. They made all of these changes and didn't even charge us for the changes. So impressed and happy we orderered from them.

The team at Naturally Timber were professional from the selection of timbers and design through to ordering and after sales service. We were able to do everything online and over the phone due to current lockdown restrictions. We ordered a dining table and lamp table in camphor laurel. The timber and finishes are beautiful in quality and the design is perfect for our space.

We got two sms about their throw away 50% discount sales and we visited the store. To our surprise items that we purchased from the store a year ago 25% off was on display for a higher price than we paid and after applying all their fabulous discounts for the weekend. I was upset that we made a special travel just yo visit their store and the sales seemed like a sham.
Their items are no doubt beautiful but not happy with their promotions.

We bought 6 dinning chairs and 2 carver chairs from Naturally Timber. The service we received from Emilia was outstanding. From helping us choose fabrics and advise on colours to match our dining table and finally resolve minor issues post delivery.
While a bit expensive they look amazing. Good value for premium chairs in anycase.

I arrived home from work to find that the sideboard was delivered as promised. It’s absolutely gorgeous. I am incredibly pleased with it, given that I had to I rely on your photos and limited information on the website - I love it! Purchased a W Australian Marri signature dining room table and had two side cabinets made to match. The quality is outstanding and the time taken by the business to show us alternatives and build to size existing fridges into cabinets was appreciated. So many compliments already! Naturally Timber were Great. Bit expensive but cannot fault them. It is good quality furniture. Very happy with quality of dining table and chairs. Also Buffet and hutch.
The delivery came when they said and were very professional making sure eveything was fitted into place.

We were almost exhausted in our search for
new bedroom furniture until we visited Naturally Timber Furniture at Auburn. Even though the staff were in the middle of moving the location of their showroom, they were more than happy to help us customise the perfect furniture for our room. No problem at all when we decided to make small changes to our original specs. Naturally Timber kept us up to date with phone calls and emails. The delivery date was earlier than expected, and was done professionally and fuss free. The delivery men made sure all drawers were working perfectly as they placed them in the room. We are thrilled with our beautiful new furniture and would definitely recommend Naturally Timber for gorgeous, well crafted Australian made furniture.

Firstly their folding table is amazing, we have a slimmer kitchen area and most of the time it is just two of us, it operates perfectly every time and looks great.
I also must say, Emelia provides a level of customer service that is rarely found now days, with her assistance we selected what we liked, were given a great price then the pieces were delivered on time and at a reasonable rate. We have since been back to buy again, would not hesitate to recommend buying here.

We had a dining bench with back custom made by them. I just showed them a photo of how I wanted it made, chose the fabric and they were able to make it just the way I liked it. It went so well with the table and chairs that we also ordered from them. I couldn’t recommend them any higher.
