Looks like others in this review experienced the same as I did! Service was ATROCIOUS by the guy that sat on his computer oblivious to customers wandering around him. Ah well his loss, went to Tile Warehouse up the road and spent $940 on floor tiles and the service there was absolutely brilliant!
