I’ve been into the Warner’s Bay store three times and each time the staff members who have served me have been lovely and extremely helpful. The showroom looks great and couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

I purchased beautiful tiles and the 10% extra you are told in the event of breakage. Took 3m back today to get a refund (the 10% I didn't need) and got hit with a 15% charge. When asked why, I was told it was outside of a month and batch issues. Who knew, that kind of information would have been good to know at time of purchase. Note to others. I'm glad I got something back however wish they had told me at point of sale.

We walked into the showroom. There were three staff members and possibly one tradie. We walked completely around the showroom while the two female staff had their conversation with the tradie. We were not approached nor were we acknowledged, so we walked out never to return.

Ordered the pavers for my backyard via my designer. Order put through, remittance received, payment made, and telephone confirmation of delivery date. Took the day off work, to receive no pavers and to be told my money had been 'lost'. A day of trades lost and i was put back with my build by two weeks. My order was never processed and i had to reorder the pavers and try and arrange a new build date with my builder. Due to a current sale National Tiles was having, i received a refund on what the pavers would have cost me if i was to purchase them 'that day'. When going into the store, i was often ignored for long periods of time, and one lady working there looked like she would rather be counting screws than working in the showroom. The same lady told my designer "can't change the past" when questioned as to the paver delivery mishap. No responsibility was ever accepted. Neither myself, nor my designer will be using National Tiles again.

The ladies are helpful but twice I have had the displeasure of being attended by the rude, arrogant big young bloke & will never return to this place. It’s like it is a hassle for you to be there. Big thumbs down!

Very good open display area showing a good range of tiles. Parking a little tight but shop easy to find. Friendly and helpful staff.

My wife had made tile selections for our 2 x new bathrooms and went into the store to make the purchase. The sales person in store then recommended an alternate "floor tile" saying that it was more suited to a floor tile. Wife had made it clear it was a floor tile in a kids main bathroom.
Turns out the tiles recommended are the LOWEST POSSIBLE SLIP RATING (P1)! Rendering our new bathroom floors dangerous and useless. They are really really slippery when wet!
National Tiles have taken no responsibility or given no advice to rectify other than "you could re-tile your bathrooms". Also saying "thanks for the feedback, we recommend that tile all the time to new builds".
Shop somewhere else that knows their products. These guys clearly don't.

I will never buy tiles from this company again. Paid for tiles to be ordered and held, first delivery was for my pool and coping which I ordered all of the rest of the tiles for the build at the same time so the batch numbers matched. Was in constant contact with their dispatch team for delivery dates. When it came to delivery time they had sold my tiles to someone else. I now have tiles I cannot match in my landscaping area and it has ruined my entire build. Poor service, took my money and held it for 8 months and delivered nothing but disappointment. I’m a licensed builder and I will never purchase from this company again or otherwise send any of my clients to them. Avoid.

I would never use national tiles again nor recommend them to anyone. I was lured in with cheap prices and by being completely mislead in store and via the ‘online’ team in QLD. It cost me dearly in ongoing delays, having no kitchen and stuffing tradies around to get my tiles 2weeks after they were meant to come.

Though out, I had to chase them for updates. N when I found out changes i.e. Tiles changing from dispatch in Melbourne to Brisbane they were unable to tell me a rationale (when I am in Newcastle) and sat on my order for a week before even sending. It then took another week for the tiles to get from their Brisbane warehouse to Sydney (10hr drive). Then on the guaranteed day of delivery they had a flat tire which meant more delays.apparently they subcontract delivery and they only had one truck.

If you are going with them after this. Just make sure you have about 2-4weeks up your sleeve and get everything in writing as I took me several requests for them to start documenting in email rather then calling to respond to emails without replying.

I have used three other tile places without any issues in the past. I for a few dollars different per sqm I will be going back with the tile warehouse!

I actually went to the Salvos store I just had to park in front of the tile shop. It had a. Instant stream of customers though.

Massive thanks to National Tiles for a very easy order process. Our tiles were going to take 10 days to arrive but Hailey in customer service was able to have them delivered in 2 days instead. Fantastic service!

Edit: after contacting them and they identifying the problem they have managed to express ship the stock from VIC to NSW and I received it within 3 working days instead of the usual two weeks turnaround time.

Order was paid for but never ordered from their end. Followed National Tiles on the week it was suppose to arrive from interstate and found out that the order was never put through and it would be additional two weeks to receive them. All the trade schedule and coordination in vain. Good luck trying to get a call or email back regarding anything.

After waiting a few weeks to receive the tiles we had ordered, only half were supplied to us and we had (regrettably) trusted that we received the full amount. It wasn't until the day before we had the tiler in to lay them that we realized. It took multiple calls and over three hours to even get a call back from National Tiles to rectify this and turned out they couldn't find the tiles we had been waiting weeks for. We appreciated the refund but it caused big problems for us and after going to Beaumont Tiles, they were able to fix National Tiles' problem with far superior customer service and organised express delivery for the next day. Would recommend to anyone to go straight to Beaumont and not here.

Tiles arrived TWO WEEKS after scheduled delivery.
Delivery was scheduled for 14th Nov with tiler booked for 15th. But tiles didn’t arrive until 29th despite being ordered on 4th.
The incompetence of national tiles meant the poor tiler was screwed out of their income, and we had to cancel our end of year Christmas party.
Look elsewhere for your tiles

Always something on special for us home renovator's. I purchased lovely subway tiles, they have them in different colours.excellent price.they are my go to tile shop everyone, and staff are great

One star seems too much! Multiple bad experiences with orders. First order arrived and when we went to collect them, they had sold our tiles. No apologies, no solution! Second order arrived with the completely wrong tiles, again no apologies (seemed amusing to the staff actually), asked to reorder, they lied multiple times about the delivery, then said they ordered two different batches, initially told some untrue story about their ability to offer a refund, still awaiting a call from their manager to offer my views about our experience with them. Had to drive back to the Warnersbay office and stand at the register to encourage them to provide a refund. Choose to ignore our consumer rights during the entire process. Showed little remorse for their mess up. An absolute disgrace in terms of customer service, adherence to their own policy and no regard for customer satisfaction or care. The staff don’t even know their policies. Multiple lies and continued ignorance.

Not very happy ordered tiles on line drove from Central Coast to pick up when we opened the tile box's wrong tiles we phoned up and they said can't do anything until the manager can ok an exchange we should get a free pick up and exchange not only that we are now behind for our renovation
