Sales Manager Shifa should receive some customer service training.

Wrong attitude and clear she does not want to work of help customers.

Lots to variety to choose from. Very helpful and friendly staff. Use the Myer1 to track your purchase incase you lose the receipt.

Great to have excellent Department stores with Myer and David Jones at Warringah Mall. Staff very accommodating and range of items very good if looking for homewares, shoes, fashion.

Customer service has COMPLETELY gone from this store. If you find something to purchase most cash registers are closed with no direction as to where there may be an open register for you to be served.
Store is dark & gloomy.
No longer a pleasant shopping experience.

I always love shopping at Myer.
Love the new smaller footprint at Warringah Mall. The men's changing rooms are fantastic. A place for my partner to sit and view what I tried on in a private setting with great lighting that shows the actual fabric colours.

Electrical is poorly stocked. They appear to specialise in cosmetics, and clothing fashions. All other areas are a confused after thought.

I love to do shopping for my husband in myer. We can easily find what I m looking for my husband.

It often feels like a store on its last legs, but there are still plenty of bargains to be found on a regular basis. Keep an eye out for the specials - most recently, there was a great deal on crockery and wine glasses.

Modern and big! Has everything you could want in a department store and very easy to navigate around! I did my Christmas shopping here and was impressed with the gift sets and hampers and how easy it was to find stuff. I would recommend!

Staff were quick to help and friendly but I was directed to Myer in the city for some products they didn't have here that I was looking for

Lady at the Chanel completely ignored my Mother and I when we wanted help looking at a perfume gift pack. So rude, deliberately helped another lady that walked into the kiosk after us. To "assume" something about people says a lot about that particular staff member.

I'm consistently underwhelmed by service here.a few nice products, pleasant service at tills, but sales and service on shop floor is without enthusiasm or skill. Woeful

The store is well stocked and beautifully laid out and the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Margo in the fragrance section was amazing, helping with samples and advice and just really friendly service.

I was surprised that the vast majority of staff in the perfume area were heads down using mobiles rather than asking if we wanted held, went to David Jones and got a much better welcome

We had a very pleasant shopping experience two days in a row at this store. There were substantial markdowns in every department, which is why we visited. The store itself is clean, modern and bright and shelves were well-stocked, and we came away with what we needed to buy, but our return custom was assured by a lovely lady named Helen in the bedding department. She was bright, friendly, helpful and full of useful suggestions regarding the products we purchased and also how to get the best out of the Myer One program and app. We will definitely be returning this week. A nice change to have such a memorable in-store shopping experience these days.

The staff are incredibly rude here. I went in with a dress I purchased instore which physically hurt to wear. The staff member did not care. All she could say was "hmm we sold out of these and you are the only one with a problem, so no".
So because I'm the first with a problem it means there can't be a problem? That's not how retail works.
