Walked in looking for a watch as a gift, Babak was funny, friendly and provided the best service I’ve ever experienced. He was quick to help us immediately, and threw in some personal anecdotes which were always funny and extremely relatable. This is how sales and customer service should be done. Give him a raise please and use him as an example of how the rest of the store’s employees should be treating customers. Outstanding Babak. Thanks mate.

Specially Badak and sandra, went their to replace my new watch. It was damaged when i got it. Sandra helped me to replace it with different watch and Badak help me chose watch. The way he explained and guided me to get new watch was amazing.

Worst experience ever…always used to buy my outfit, shoes, bags, perfume and always happy because of the product not with the service.though again and again was going for shopping but this time very disappointing.atleast show some respect to the customer. If you don’t have any good policies in some particular thing for us then its ok.we are humans.can understand.but please don’t show a rude, ignored behaviour.done with shopping with myer.no more
I enjoy the range of goods, but the service is terrible. I was shopping on Thursday, in the men's clothing section and there were many shop assistants, actually more than customers. I wanted to buy shoes, but no one around, except one man busy serving a customer at the register and a small queue. I asked two other staff members nearby for help and they said there was someone at the registers and I should wait. They were stocking some shelves. When the man at the register finished, he assisted me, but disappeared for some time looking for some shoes for me. Other customers complained that there was no one at the registers. The customer approached the same staff members and they again refused to serve this customer and stated that the man at the counter would return soon. I am sure they were cross trained to help at the registers and I have never seen this type of refusal to help in a major department store. Bring in self checkout if you can't be bothered helping. Stock was also out of many sizes.
I didn't go in, but sat outside waiting for people to finish shopping. Definitely a Myer, at least on the outside. Could be a David Jones inside, for all I know. One can only hope.
Good mall, there are many stores but the food court is very much lacklustre and bellow par in my opinion. I go here quite frequently and use many of the shops frequently and am never disappointed but I'm never blown away because even warriewood square has a better food court than this and it's half the size
Great indoor shopping with a large variety of home items and clothes with convenient parking at multiple levels connected to the mall.
My favourite semi outdoor glass roof shopping mall in Sydney indoor outdoor cafes and restaurants. Classy and relaxing I always find what I want ️️️
I generally don’t post bad experiences, but this deserves to be mentioned. I bought a jacket from Myers Warringah mall as a gift to take overseas and after giving the gift, I realised that the tag was not taken off. Since it was going to be a gift and the person was also travelling to Australia in a few weeks (6 weeks), I thought of coming back to the store with this issue. On the first day after returning back from overseas, I went back to the store to raise my concern and to remove the tag. The First Lady happily obliged and apologised for the discrepancy in service (not removing the tag) however, As I didn’t have the clothes with me on the first day, I could not return it. When I went back the next day, I turned up at the counter expecting this tag to be taken off, however this time another lady, had actually started to question me on the receipt, and Myer one app. I did mention that I purchased this 6 weeks ago and I do not have the receipt as I carried this as a gift. However I did show her the screenshot from my credit card statement, But she still wasn’t convinced and blamed me for the mismanagement.
First of all if I do not download the Myer one app, which state individual items, am I culpable?
She was indirectly pointing as it’s the customers fault for not having the physical receipt or the app.
Rather then apologise for leaving the tag on the clothes, she was judgemental and did not even bother to take ownership.

Myer Warringah Mall need to do some basic customer service training with their staff. Asked 1 question and got a very rude response. Remember you are in retail for a reason and should be able to answer basic questions no matter which department you are in you still work for Myer!
0 for customer service and will never shop there again.

One of the best clothing stores in Warringah Mall where you can buy a plethora of Clothes at a reasonable price. Please don't forget to visit this store when they have a sale.
It's a really big store and when visiting it's always busy but not too crowded. You can end up wondering around the store trying to find something for ages. The staff there are very nice and helpful
Terrible service. Tried to return a diffuser that was broken and not working and the lady behind the counter had no interest in trying to help me. I now have a diffuser that is less than 6 months old that doesn’t work and I may as well throw in the bin. Myer has really gone down hill.
I asked for help from a staff member and was rudely responded to. She proceeded to walk away from me and communicate nothing about whether she could help me. I suppose Myer has geared itself up for receivership or purely online orders, giving no attention to floor staff post pandemic. It’s very sad and I will likely not give Myer anymore of my business. I am also a new mother with a baby and walked around for AGES looking for someone who could help me. The only redeeming quality is perhaps the nice parents room, or the uni student types on the register whom I complained to.
Sorry Myer. Dark cluttered store and easier to find the exit than a staff that can actually help you.

It’s always more difficult than usual to locate staff members in this Myer, especially in the women’s style section. You can browse for ages and will not be approached, and when you go looking for staff you won’t be able to find any either! However, I’m mindful this may be a ramification of Covid.
I always find the service at Myer Warringah Mall to be excellent. The menswear department is fantastic ever since it was renovated. Lots of the best brands and they always have great sales on. Homewares is the same and they have an excellent selection of quality glassware, as well as bartending equipment.
I hired a suit for my father's funeral, from the fitting to the return was absolutely % satisfaction. THANK YOU
