64Shame they are having so.much trouble at the moment, bought a nice watch, and the staff are so helpful, prices are good too.
How hard is it for staff to prepare an order for click and collect. Myer Parramatta looks like a very run down discount store, not a major national retailer. The store looks exactly the same as it did exactly 10 years ago!
They have varieties and so expensive but service is not good.
Few areas you cannot find assistance.
Price tag will not be available or the discount prices will not be updated in the tag.if you want to check the price every items you have to go to register and stand on the Q.
No Price scanner such as Kmart, Target and other budget shops.
We are paying more so expecting better service or at least basic level of service like other standard shops so please improve your service.

When you try to call Myer number on phone to inquire something the system will ask you to press many buttons and you have to wait long and after a long wait the call will restart again from the beginning.
MYER please provide some good service for the money you are charging the customers.
Not much to look at, Tokito and Review is the only clothing lines I like to look for here. City store much better. More varieties. Lower level even worst has nothing for men's like big brand names.
