Thanks to the amazing sales person (Sam). I bought some stuff online and order was not ready when I went to pick up. I explained to Sam and advised me to pick one from shelf and pay at the counter and will refund the online order. He did exact as he promised. Very good customer service.

Huge store having almost everything other than grocery. Nice display, excellent and courteous staff.

Myer parramatta is probably on the bottom of all the Myers in Sydney. There aren't usually stocks left, and the changing rooms are filthy, and wait time for the change room is ridiculous. It is better to go to the city's myer.

Great customer service and the items I want always end up being available at this particular Myer store.

Myer is my favourite and my go to for fragrances. The staff is very professional and friendly. Always have great experience. Never disappoints with quality products

Staff are friendly but completely clueless. Get sent on a wild goose chase through multiple levels only to find it was about 20m away from the person you first asked.

Actually the shopping experience was great and when FINALLY we got attended to (even though there was plenty of staff around no one offered help!) the customer serrvice was good.

So disappointed with online service, placed and paid for goods and then waited for over 3 weeks for the goods to arrive, they arrived in dribs and drabs, have received o/s deliveries faster than these. Get your act together there are other suppliers in this competitive market, would not even answer my emails.

Had ordered shoes from Parramatta store for click and collect. The website says order ready in next day, but mine hasn’t been ready yet even after four days.

You comment often about losing sales to online shoppers. But your staff have no idea about customer service, I am continually treated as an inconvenience to their day

Cancel order request placed 14 minutes after mistakenly ordering item and then Myer 5 hours later declined it and shipped it anyway. Now i have to work out how to get rid of it and swap it for the correct item in the middle of a covid lockdown. Shipping updates show it was sent way later and they could have caught it. Lazy way out? Profits?

If you are a brand savvy, Look for no where else but Myer. All the premium brands under the same roof. You might even get lucky to catch some special offers too.

Clinique myer -I had the worst experience with the lady who was working at clinique myer. I went to the counter on friday 18 june to get some stuff and she said can you come back in 5 minutes as she was doing something. When I went back she was talking to other employee she saw me she was still talking and I end up coming back without buying anything. She was weirdo and she should learn customer service. I don't know how they get job.

Im not happy with this branch, because always i should waiting around 20 minutes just for find somebody for asking about product specially on kitchens part.

Raoul is just awesome with customers of all ages. Set my son up with a suit for his formal and delivered impeccable customer service. I didn't know Myer had people like him or delivered service like we received

Just want to say the lady in Dior this morning Saturday 12th June was absolutely amazing unfortunately i forgot her name but i won't forget her wonderful customer service which u don't find much these days especially in big department stores. Hopefully this review somehow gets back to her so she knows shes doing a great job

Fantastic experience! Tahmid and the team at the Polo Ralph Lauren store are unbelievable. Not only the most welcoming store I have ever shopped at, but also the most knowledgeable staff I have come across.

I'd like to thank Sophia and Marie at Parramatta's Dior beauty. They assisted me with my purchase at dior and were so honest and lovely. Absolutely beautiful women with exeptional customer service skills. I only like to buy my perfumes from them now.

WOW. It may have been Mother's Day but that did not stop me.
Heaps of kitchen electrical appliances were marked down.and I left with a full boot and back seat.

Pretty disappointing. Looking for a pair of work shoes. Not one floor sales person asked if I needed help mind you I was making a point to show that I wanted to buy. 15-20 mins trying on similar shoes. Nothing yet a co-worker dropped her water and all the shoe staff (at least 4) except the one serving at the register went straight to her. So, bought some shoes at David Jones instead.
