I contacted them about lodging our business tax return through them, as everything needs to be done by us online, I asked them if the return would be lodged by their accountants professionally, as we need the tax agent name to show in the return for claiming as an expense. However, their response is 'I don't know. ' This is an extremely unprofessional place, and I don't think they are capable of handling tax issues.
