Very easy and quick this is the second time I have use My Tax Refund Today.
They had everything ready for me when I called them back, call lasted less than 5 mins
No need to ever visit a Tax agent again

I normally do my tax every year on my own but decided this year to use a tax agent and was referred to this company, the man (can’t remember his name unfortunately) I dealt with was really professional very quick and very lovely, great customer service. They were very much on top of it and handled my affairs very quickly and professionally and I will be coming again next year! Thank you!

Can say there fast an response an even though I didn’t answer there call due to me being at work they responded to me with a quick email to me with a simple an easy form to fill out go get my tax return done no messing around

Used them once. OPTED out of their marketing yet I've been bombarded daily for weeks now with their marketing phone calls, text messages and emails - never seen any company so desperate or spam previous paying customers so much. It's unbelievable at this point, I've blocked/added to spam multiple mobile numbers and email from them.

The spam is beyond a joke and for that reason alone I'd never use or recommend mytaxrefund today to anyone ever. Pathetic and extremely annoying.

RESPONSE TO OWNER: As I said in my email and shown in screenshots I opted out and the only thing changed was the phone number/email you spam from. I'll let ACMA deal with it anyway. Thanks.

Almost at the end of six weeks from first contact beginning of July for my refund. Had to follow up almost every week to find out what was taking so long only to be told to call and deal with the ATO about what any of the issues are, which I have never had before. Such a frustrating process only to be told by the ATO that every thing was okay except to confirm my identity because my name was not entered and sent through correctly.

Now have to wait another 5 to 10 business days.

This has been one of the fastest tax returns I’ve ever had. Super convenient, saved me a full day of needing to go see someone. The guy called me within 20 mins after I inquired and 10 minutes after that my tax return was already lodged.
