Excellent service from Tarek and the team at West Gosford! We purchased a new timber floor which was delivered and installed all within a week of ordering. Tarek even inspected the job to ensure our satisfaction before payment was expected for the installation! A no pressure buy and nothing was too much trouble and an overall exceptional service. Will not hesitate to recommend and use again.

We did decide to buy the rug for our newly installed wooden floor and My Rugs has lots of collections. We decided to buy some sort of contemporary style of rug and Azeem has provided us various suggestions in choosing the same. He is very much knowledgeable in it. We also got a jute mat for our hanging chair.

The prices are also competitive and he is very kind enough to carry the rug to our car. We are very much satisfied with our purchase.
