I purchased a 1.6 X 2.3m Cross Diamond Woolen Braided rug in Light Grey and absolutely love it! It is beautiful underfoot and doesn’t slide around. The staff were absolutely wonderful with suggesting size of rug, different colours/textures to choose from and made the process a breeze. Even my youngest cat loves our new rug, he wouldn’t get out from under the lounge for the photo!

They only care about money. Should offer a refund as we were in the 2 day time period to exchange but they give us an estimated 4 weeks to receive a new rug which is just not acceptable.

Hydrid timber floors throughout and I also bought the most beautiful large soft cushioned rug for my loungeroom. Could not fault their workmanship, it was a complicate lay due to the older structure being just of diagonal lines to be mastered. Totally recommend - don't even think twice!

I bought a property in Quakers Hill NSW and was looking for some flooring solution to replace old carpet. My Rugs n Homeware representative visited my place and after inspection, provided me a detailed quote. I m really impressed with the professionalism and commitment of the team as they completed 110 sq m job in time and was done with great detailing. Secondly all the leftover was taken away and only used number of boxes quantity was charged. Site was completely cleaned after the work completion. Charges were very reasonable and my wife was that much happy with the work that she requested me to give tip to the installers. I am also amazed with the customer service as I received a call after a month to inquire about my experience. I am highly satisfied and will recommend others as well.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of hybrid flooring from your store. We chose from the stone grove range and the promise of its toughness has proven true. It has already stood up to the rough & tumble of dogs and cats as well as our everyday household living. Our kelpie really appreciates that her claws no longer slip rounding corners or quick take offs. We love how it looks in our home too. The customer service was outstanding and above and beyond usual expectations. The floor installation was completed in a day without fuss and the job is very professional. We have been looking to have our carpet taken out and replaced with floor boards or something, and looking online was so confused what was out there, and what was best for us as we have animals. We had a few quotes and some saying they would come out and not, and others well the cha ching factor was ridiculous. My son told me his friend just had his place done, and to check out the store at My Rugs and Homeware West Gosford which we did. Speaking to Azeem and Tarek at the store was very professional and the customer service was great and respectful. I was surprised at how quick was able to have all my carpet removed and flooring put in as so near to Xmas, felt sure wouldnt be done till next year. The men who came and did the job were professional, and I left a few photos for you to judge for yourself. I would recommend to go and see for yourself and know you will be happy with the cost, product and installation.
