I had a microdermabrasion and facial peeling with the lovely and beautiful Renee today at the Brookvale practice. She was very helpful and explained everything about the procedure. She also answered all of my questions in a friendly and professional manner. I enjoyed both her
and the treatment. Highly recommended!

I'm very pleased with my results, and with the professional service, I received from Birute at My Botique, Warringah. She always takes a lot of care and is precise in her application. The most important thing I've found, however, is that she is honest in her feedback. This prevents the urge to over-do anything, so you know she won't oversell you on product. Really bad experience.
I had a peel - prior to the peel she used a suction tool on my face, she went over a particular problem area (a blackhead) consistently. Saying “I’m going to go ham on this”
Hours after my skin started to scab. It has been 2 days and it has gotten much worse.
I called asking for assistance as I have skin that easily scars if this was meant to happen and sent photos to them.
They were very unsympathetic to my problem, didn’t listen to any of my questions and just talked over me stating they couldn’t do anything.
They admitted it was because the nurse went over the spot to many times.
Overall extremely bad follow up service and poor use of medical equipment.

After going to my Botique I will not trust my face with anyone else! I have been seeing Lis at Warringah mall for a year now and honestly feel brand new after every visit, she, and the rest of the team are heaven sent angels! 100% recommend. ️ Thank you guys for always making my appointments so comfortable and make me feel like an absolute queen! You are the best, seriously couldn’t recommend you enough!

Honestly amazing. I’ve been there twice now to get lip filler from Sandika and she is amazing. I was very nervous to get it done and she made me feel very comfortable and she was very gentle and I am so happy with the outcome. Definitely recommend going to My Botique.

Nurse Toni answered any questions I had without making me feel pressured for time or like I was being annoying. It was my First time having Botox and i was a bit nervous but Toni made me feel at ease. Procedure was over very quickly and with minimal discomfort. Will be back again:)

Great customer service, very nice staff.very disappointed with my results I cannot see a difference for the amount of money I spent at this boutique I feel like I just threw away a whole heap of cash and got nothing in return.
