I was so impressed with Dr Gemma during the video consultation. She ensured that I fully understood the procedures I was having. She was very thorough asking about my medical history and explained any issues I may have after the procedure. When I attended the clinic I was greeted by Rochelle, Sarah and Dr Gemma where we went over things we spoke about during the video call.
Sarah, the nurse, was very professional and engaging when addressing my concerns in the treatment room. She fully explained what was going to take place and she completed my procedure with minimum fuss and talked me through the process alleviating any questions I had.
I cannot say a bad work about the staff at MyBotique Warringah! Absolute pleasure to deal with.

I have been getting microneedling with Sara for a few years now and she is amazing, I have seen great results, my skin looks much more radiant and plumped.

My first appointment with them was fine. I did a procedure in my forehead that took me 8 months to start to move. I went back again and less than a month my forehead is already moving. Talked to them about it and they said that they changed the product and they can give me 10% off in the next procedure. What a joke. Not happy and do not recommend to anyone.

I was tricked there as a model, I got a 30% discount to be a guinea pig for an apprentice girl, I paid what I should and there was no change in the procedure I did, beware of discount advertisements, they even give the discount, but the service it's no good, it's not efficient, you pay more than half the amount to get no results. If you complain, they tell you to go there so you have to pay again what you paid 15 days ago.bad professionals

I love going to MyBotique. The girls are always so friendly and knowledgeable and it’s such a relaxing experience. Wouldn’t go anywhere else:)
