Had a fantastic experience with Murray and his team. After a dismal run with the seller, Murray was able to assist in communicating between solicitors, seller and myself a fair outcome to help us complete the sale after issues with how the seller had left the house prior to exchange. I have now enlisted Murray and his team to manage my property with rental tenants and they were able to fine me a tenant within 24hours of ownership of the house and for more then the expected weekly amount. I find the team at Murray Kennedy's office very professional, knowledgeable and a pleaseure to do business with. I had a very pleasant experience dealing with Murray and his team. He was very genuine and seemed that he really wanted to help everytime we had questions. Even though he was the vendor's agent, he went the extra mile for us to get the sale done and make the experience a lot less stressful than I would have imagined. He even suggested a 10 day cooling-off period without us even asking for it and it gave us enough time to do our due diligence as well as sort things out on our end without too much pressure. And when settlement finally ended and I cam to pick up the keys, they even had a small gift that went with the keys which I really appreciated. Thanks Murray and team!

Jamie's market knowledge was awesome, he has been very helpful through the whole process. Answering questions at any time from both my mum & myself. Nothing has been to challenging even reshuffling appointments to ensure he was there for when the photos were being taken. Would definitely recommend Jamie to sell anyone's property. He is awesome.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Murray. During a stressful situation where our rental was being sold, Murray went above and beyond to make life easier for my family. He was able to turn a bad situation into a wonderful one. Murray isn't like other agents, he made us feel comfortable and developed a personal relationship with us from the start.
We were assured that we would be looked after in the event we had to move house, but to our surprise he was able to find an investor who has allowed my young family to stay in the home we have lived for the past year.
