Simply say a few words, if you move out on the contract end date, but the cleaning team finished moving cleaning after three days, then agent will deducted from the Bond fee or you have to pay the three days rental fee, even you move out on the end of contract date.
Most importantly, the agent Jane Zhu will never tell you this in advance.
