Selling a property can be a nervous and emotionally demanding experience. Lot of factors can come into play and some maybe beyond your control.

Jack and his team displayed a decent level of professionalism and a good understanding of the local real estate market. They were responsive to our initial inquiry and demonstrated a good knowledge of the selling process, which was reassuring. During the listing process, they provided us with valuable information about pricing, market trends, and comparable properties. Jack also gave us recommendations on areas on the property that needed improvement to attract potential buyers and fetch a better selling price. He also provided referrals for the improvement work. All the referrals did what was expected of them. Some we would gladly recommend to others while some, we would only use once. This is more of a feedback to Jack and his team rather than a complaint.

However, there was a particular area where we felt the service fell a bit short. Firstly, while they did bring potential buyers to view the property, we felt that the marketing for our home could have been a bit better. We ended up with only one serious buyer at the auction. We sold our property but below our reserve price - which was set in consulation with Jack. It is hard to tell if location was the main factor and/or other factors deterred the potential buyers. We still feel that Jack and his team did their best but some of these factors were beyond their control.

In conclusion, my experience with Jack and his team was fair. They possess the basic skills and knowledge required for the job. I would still put Jack and his team on your shorlist of top agents in the area.

To be totally frank I have not used the services of this real estate agent and nor would I after receiving unsolicited and unwanted sms contact from one of their agents. I am not sure how my information was gained by this company as I have never had any previous contact with them and I have no interest in either buying or selling any property with them or anyone else at this stage.

I had a very bad experience dealing with the real estate agent Eva, she was very unprofessional, she asked to speed up my contract procedure with my solicitor and mortgage broker and I completed within a day and after and didnot give valid reason to deny my offer. She stopped picking my calls and responding to my messages and she had an additional offer which is only 3k higher than my price and didnot let me know to increase my offer a bit. I suggest to look for other professional real estate agents.

In the first few minutes of interacting with Reza, I knew that I was in safe hands. He took time to understand my needs and explained me transparently the pros and cons of the property that he was exhibiting. Throughout the process (i.e. Right from the time the property was advertised till the date of the auction), I might have troubled Reza almost 15-20 times, but every time, he patiently addressed my queries, even if many of those were repeat questions. Like all agents when trying to secure your listing, Jack promoted himself as the agent to go with. The specialist in the area etc. As we all know, you can promise the world but as the seller, you hope you get more than just an atlas.
