Extremely unprofessional. They had a land in Box Hill for sale last week, we agreed on a price and I put a holding money on the same day. I had been chasing them for a week for the contract. Yesterday I saw ad in domain for my lot which I had already booked for 40k more. Finally today they informed that they are not issueing the contract. What is the point of then putting the deposit and agreeing on price.

Stay away from people who doesnt respect contracts. Absolutely pathetic

Inder is genuinely very pleasant and charming. This is actually hard to come by. A lot of real estate agents have some charm, especially as they recite their familiar sale pitch phrases but their glow fades after about 10 minutes of interacting with them. By that time, you well and truly feel like you are dealing with a pushy salesperson. That is not what you need from your real estate agent. Buyers walk away from these less classy agents. You need a real estate agent who can have an easy 30-minute phone call explaining why the house should be sold for more. This is hard to come by and this is what you get with Inder.

Inder operates after hours. He consistently answers phone calls and responds to texts. You will not have to chase him up. This is essential as buyers are not always available throughout the day. It is also hard to find, especially after you have signed the exclusive listing agreement.

Also, when you deal with Inder then that’s what you get. Be careful, often you meet with an agent, sign with that agency, deal with that agent for 1-2 weeks and then they pass on your listing to another agent, who tends to be less experienced. Suddenly, you and the prospective buyers are mostly dealing with that second agent who does not possess the good qualities you signed up for. However, Inder answers phone calls, attends open homes, attends valuations, etc. He will stay with you from beginning to end.

Inder's results are remarkable. I believe that real estate agents should have to work for their commission. If, for example, a house is worth $800,000; then they should sell it for a minimum of $815,000, to earn their commission. Inder certainly achieved this for me. Most real estate agents are not capable of this or are not willing to work harder than absolutely necessary to get you a good deal, so be careful. He also earned me tens of thousands of dollars more than what I and what other real estate agents were expecting too. I highly rate & recommend Inder to all.

Great support throughout the entire transaction
