22 Atrocious. We made a booking, they didn’t turn up and claimed we never booked. Very rude on the phone, even when we explained we had taken a day off work to be there, they couldn’t have been less helpful.
We went with an alternative company who turned up within an hour and were fantastic! When we told him we were stood up by another company, he laughed and said “I bet it’s Mould Cleaning Australia - they do that all the time and they’re known to have terrible service”. Apparently everyone in the industry knows Mould Cleaning Aust is terrible, too.
WORST company ever. Waited more then 2 weeks to get a quote just to get a message the day before the technician can't attend and the appointment being re-scheduled in 10 days later. So I waited another 10 days and just 2 hours before appointment got another message he couldn't come. I had to organise my day to meet him twice now. Do they have one technician only for whole company?
