My whole experience with Mould Cleaning was fantastic. They responded to my enquiry quickly, all the staff were polite and helpful, they inspected the property quickly and undertook the clean carefully and thoroughly. Thank you for the 5 star service.

They did not have equipment to locate the water entry. Their moisture meters were not high quality and could not read moisture in different building materials of the walls and flooring. They used thermal imaging but could not read properly that is was displaying dampness. They mostly only perform fogging which left the dead mould spores in the apartment. As you can see from the photos they display they tell you to keep items that are heavily infested with mould and should be thrown out. They do not have adequate qualifications for cleaning mould and their call centre staff are rude and could not answer any questions about mould removal.

It took more than 2 weeks to get a quote and the person who showed up to inspect was extremely rude and disrespectful to my partner. He wouldn’t let us talk and had a very know it all attitude.
We had a few questions on how to prevent the mould to keep happening and what we can do meanwhile to make sure it doesn’t spread and his answer was I will write this in the report.
Later, company informed us that it would take minimum 7 days to get a mould report.
Very unprofessional and pathetic company to deal with.

Two inspections were arranged. The first time a message was sent saying they were running 30 mins late to which the tenants had to leave as they had prior commitments.

The second they cancelled via text message.

Then their report stated:

“After a careful and thorough inspection of your home, we have prepared a detailed report with important information about the state of mould growth in your home. ”

When in fact they never gained access to the unit and instead requested photos from Shelley. Also, I wouldn’t call the single page a detailed report, nor, “about the state of mould growth in your home”: it is just a generic list of procedures. Makes no specific reference to any areas or extent of mould growth in the unit.

There is absolutely no reference to what might be causing the mould growth. They said they would undertake moisture testing of surfaces - walls, floors, ceilings, together with infrared scanning. This was not done.

It has been a complete waste of time.

The guy that attended was helpful in explaining why I had mould and his report was detailed. I would recommend these guys if you want to kill the mould

Took way too long for them to be able to clean the property, by then mold had of course spread to more clothes and roof.
They sent someone that looked 14 that didn’t really know much and gave odd responses to questions so that there was no choice but to buy dehumidifier. Nice guy though. Got report, then had to wait again for them to fit me in to actually clean it. Not enough clear information about how to prepare for the clean.
Another 14 year old arrived (very nice). Left house for 4 hours to do treatment. Still some marks left after that, had to the wait again (although this time only week) and get out of the house again for them to spray the house again. Will have to leave house for another 2.5 hours. Hoping they will actually fix it when they come again.
$700 and a hassle. Could be cheaper than others, I’m not sure but it was a pain in the bum.
To order the dehumidifier that was recommended in the report I was told I would have to book another appointment to do so! No thanks, so I bought it from somewhere else.

Very satisfied with the results achieved from Mould Cleaning Australia as we were having issues with mould in our house for quite some time. The customer service was great and the technician was punctual. Couldn’t recommend enough.
