We recently rented a property with Morton. Kristian was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and friendly. He went the extra mile to get a good result for both us and the property owner.

These guys are willing to lease a property with a known untreated MOULD issue that 3 consecutive tenants have broken the lease for. They advertise it as ready to move in. Unethical and immortal agency if they're doing this repeatedly. DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Highly recommended. Ayush especially was extremely helpful and professional providing advice and guidance even for the scenario when they weren’t chosen to manage the property.

As Morton weren’t the selling agent the property was photographed within 24hrs of settlement. First viewing 2 days later (followed by 2 more that week), and was let within 7 days. The tenants moved in 2 weeks post settlement. Can’t really ask for much more!

Plus they have a nice app to help with property mgmt, no need for constant back and forth emails. Maintenance requests (and pictures) lodged and approved via the app. Easy to use.

My investment property was managed by Sandy Shen who worked endlessly to make sure that I receive rent on time. The tenant always paid rent late and caused a few issues on the property, but Sandy managed it very well. I haven't encountered any issues, I only have a peace of mind under her management.

However, I did not feel stressful because my property was in the professional hands of the Andy and Xanthia Team. Xanthia conducted private inspections tirelessly and provided me a detailed update after each inspection. She discussed the changing market conditions with me. She managed to secure quality tenants for me in a short time. Andy managed to have my property properly cleaned, repaired and maintained under lockdown restrictions before the tenants moved in. He engaged the same tradesperson to perform different jobs as far as possible to save me callout fee too, which exceeds my expectation. I have no reservation to recommend Andy and Xanthia. I recently met with Xanthia Brown as she was leasing a property I was interested in.
