Fantastic communication, and always kept us up to date of what actions needed to be taken and timelines. Emma organised photography for the property (which turned out amazing!), and understands the market so well to capitilise on advertising and inspection times for maximum visibility. Andy Nguyen was a great property manager, having lived in 6 rentals in Sydney over the last decade Andy was the first property manager to ever actually ask us how the house was and address our issues.
