Morton - Crows Nest

Morton's have been the property managers for my small block of old units on the Lower North Shore for over 25 years.
As the property is old there has always something needing repairing or replacing so my contact with Morton"s has been ongoing. As I have had that contact for such a long time you can say they have been Responsive and Professional to deal with.

We recently rented a property through Kimberley Edge from Morton Real Estate Crows Nest. Kimberley was delightful and extremely professional to work with from the moment she welcomed us inside the property for the initial inspection. She kept us informed, answered all our queries and helped to ensure we provided all the neccessary documents required for the application process. Kimberley moved very quickly and our application was approved in less than one day. We would highly recommend Kimberley to rent out your property.

I found Kimberley to be professional, responsive & very efficient in all my dealings with her. Her knowledge of each property was impressive & she obviously takes pride in doing a fantastic & thorough job. Kimberley took the time to understand what I was looking for in my next home & was able to suggest upcoming properties with ease (one of which I chose for my lovely new home). Her communication, whether by text, email or phone, was always clear, professional & timely. Her courteous & polite manner showed a respect to prospective tenants that’s rarely seen (in my experience) and, even in rushed 15min inspection windows, it was obvious she wanted to make a good property-tenant match. Throughout the application process, Kimberley kept in contact so I knew what was happening & what the next steps were so I could be prepared; this ensured a smooth (& successful) application process. The handover to her property management colleagues was seamless, so that the transition to my new home was a smooth one. I don’t have an investment property but, if I did, I’d want Kimberley as my Leasing Consultant, as I feel she would find the right tenant to take care of my investment.
