The team at Morton Real Estate were very professional from the outset when I contacted them with my requests accommodation in Penrith. Anthony (listing agent), Ada and Michelle were prompt, responsive and provided great knowledge on tenancy. I look forward to continued business with them.

I have just recently gone through the process of applying for my first rental property with the help of Anthony Fleming at Morton realestate.
After spending a few months searching for the perfect property, I had dealt with a few agents from other agencies who didn’t return phone calls, didn’t show up to booked inspections and didn’t seem to know much about the properties they had listed.
I was very thankful that the property I fell in love with was listed by an agent who was the polar opposite of those I had dealt with up to that point.
From the outset Anthony was punctual, professional and personable. He was always happy to help and responded quickly to the many, many questions I had before, during and after the initial rental inspection and the subsequent processes after our application was accepted.
I have really enjoyed dealing with Anthony throughout this process and he is a real asset to the team at Morton realestate.

My wife, four year old daughter and I recently found ourselves in the unfortunate situation of having our landlord sell the house we were calling home, resulting in the necessity to find a new place in a truncated timeframe. Under the best of circumstances, unexpectedly having to rush to find a new home is a daunting task, but in the current, flooded market even more so.

From the moment we first met Anthony Fleming, representing Morton Real Estate in the Penrith area, our dealings have been a pleasure. At the open home for what would become the property we happily accepted, Anthony was incredibly professional, understanding and personable. You felt a real sense that you weren't just another number asking the same questions, getting the same from script responses.

This level of attention to detail and focus upon old fashioned customer service carried over to every aspect of the application process. Anthony has been incredibly generous with his time, and punctual and in depth with his information. Finding the right house to call home was the goal, and we were fortunate to do so, finding a fantastic agent to deal with is such an incredible and unexpected bonus.

In my opinion, cannot recommend both Anthony and the team at Morton Real Estate could not be more highly recommended to deal with.

Ettiene and Stephen worked efficiently to secure my a prompt sale during uncertain economic times. They were both very professional and always courteous and up to date with their information and their reporting to me.

We broke a rental lease 8 months into the contract.

We were advised that we had to pay all the way till the end of the 12 month lease. We negotiated and they agreed upon a 4 week break fee.

The agent leaves the company and a new agent takes over and even though we have email proof, they refuse to honour it and then expect us to pay the extra 4 months even though we’ve moved out based on the initial information.

You’ve been warned. Proceed with extreme caution.
