Morton - Sydney

Was asked to leave a review when I was sent an email from Morton so here it is.

I have had ongoing issues as a tenant (rent system deducting fees/over charging my account. Rent reductions approved but not action. Maintenance issues. The list goes on)

After contacting the Head of Property Management (as I was advised to do by Morton) all I got back was an email accusing me of being harassing.

When I replied to ask for more information about what harassment that might be, instead of offering an explanation the Head of Property Management demanded I stop as I was abusing her and her team.

Obviously, no explanation has been forthcoming - just threats. Never would I ever suggest Morton to any tenant. This will be taken further

The team at Morton's were fantastic. When my apartment become vacant I was expecting the worst - especially given the constraints imposed by the pandemic. Morton's (Naomie and Sally) assessed the situation and provided advice and recommendations - then followed through exactly as they advised and recommended. They kept me informed and made the entire process as efficient and hassle free as possible. To have re-leased my apartment in less than a month was nothing short of amazing. I cannot praise Naomie Texier of Morton highly enough for her efficiency, professionalism and overall wonderful support in helping me sort things out. She answered all of my questions, provided a really helpful virtual inspection (plus bonus videos), re-checked things, and followed up on everything I asked. The rental property market in Sydney is hard enough without trying to navigate it from another state! Huge thanks to Naomie and Morton for being so attentive and great to deal with.

My experience leveraging Ettiene West to sell my property surpassed all expectations.
