I have been servicing my car for the past 2 years at Mortlake Automotive and these guys are awesome, very professional, they provide a great service.

Contacted Mortlake Automotive and requested a standard service and repair on a rear tyre puncture. The owner was extremely professional and also flexible with the time for the service. The work was completed in a few hours which was very convenient for me around my shift work and the price was extremely good for the quality of service. I highly recommend this business!

Absolutely outstanding! Its so hard these days to find a mechanic you can trust. I cannot recommend Frank, Greg and the guys down at Mortlake Automotive highly enough.they are both honest and genuine. I have a 2017 BMW X4 and wouldn't take it anyone else.they make you feel extremely comfortable and are reasonably priced.thanks again for the great work!

If you want to have confidence in the mechanical work on your car then you should be taking it to Mortlake Automotive. Greg and Frank are reliable and on top of their game. For over 20 years my cars have insisted on being serviced and repaired in this shop and my wallet has never been bruised from over pricing. Its great to have a reliable and cost-effective service centre right on the door step.

Great 1st experience. I went in to get my tyre fixed as it had a nail in it.  I was greeted with very friendly service.  I dealt with Greg who removed the nail and checked for any damage.  As there was no damage to the tyre and nothing needed to be done apart from removing the nail, I was told there was no charge. It is very rare you find such great customer service and with no charge. I am very impressed with the service provided and will definitely be going back for all my car service needs.

Can't recommend highly enough!

I started to use Mortlake Automotive approximately 12 months ago - 1) for automotive concerns relating to previous service providers; 2) convenience due to Covid lockdown and 3) for quality workmanship.

I have not been disappointed. The team are always on hand to give me their qualified and valued assessment, are completely transparent on all works - what IS required and what IS NOT and offer good old fashioned workmanship as well as have a bit of a laugh at the same time.

This visit was for a Mazda 3 140k service. I have for some time had concerns on some brake work performed by a Mazda dealership service centre and queried whether it was time these brakes be replaced. Certainly the handbrake required a bit of repair but in digging deeper it appears the brake pads had been incorrectly installed by the previous abovementioned service centre (no wonder they squealed a bit) impacting the handbrake. The team readily diagnosed, corrected and reassured me there was also no need to replace the brake pads at this point in time. I'm relieved - Covid has definitely impacted financial resources and this buys me a bit more time.
