I brought my car in for repairs, but what happened left me less than satisfied.

The issue arose when work was carried out on my car without prior consultation or my consent. Upon realizing that the changes made were not what I wanted, I requested that the modifications be reversed. To my surprise, I was still billed $165 for manual labor costs.

I also spoke with the manager on another occasion to address my concerns, but unfortunately, no refund or resolution was offered.

These guys dropped everything they were doing just to plug my tire at before their opening hours. Amazing service and a big thanks to Billy for plugging my MX5! Will be coming back here to get my car serviced.

Frank at Mortlake Automotive was professional and honest. Was told I needed a whole new catalytic converter quoted at $1100. Frank found a solution without replacing the whole part and saved me $800. Legend!

Highly recommend Mortlake automotive! They're fast, fair and affordable. Greg and Frank are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and the only mechanics I trust. It's hard to find a good mechanic but these guys are definitely a 10/10

I have been service my car here in past few years here. Excellent service, Greg is super nice, once you have a service here. You don’t want to go anywhere else.staff is very nice too, one of my car broken nearby, one of staff came with tool and fixed. Another car manunal (which is my relative left here), I can’t drive. Every time service, staff came over pick up the car and drive back for me. Excellent job. Seamless service.

I very much appreciate Greg's help! He managed to get my beloved old car up and running again so that it was registrable again after I neglected it for too long. He did so for a very reasonable price too! I'll be back for future car services. Many thanks Greg!

After an unexpected matter with an unregistered vehicle, I found Greg and his crew on the internet as they offered Blue Slip services. I was quite flustered because of the preceding reason that brought me to his workshop, but Greg was incredibly empathetic to my circumstances and made the inspection of my car a priority. He guided me on each stage of the proceeding steps I had to take to get the car registered again. He even offered to put my new plates on once I'd received them - which he did. Greg, Frank and the team there are sincerely the nicest people you could have look after you and your car. The only positive that came out of my experience today was experiencing their service and empathic nature at a time I really needed it! I've booked my car in for its service next week! Wish I'd known they were here sooner!

The Mortlake Automotive Mechanic is a team of superb mechanic. They are very knowledgeable and complete good quality work.
Greg is friendly and easy to talk to. He provides excellent service in explaining what needs to be done on the car within budget.

Called them out of the blue needing a pink slip. They were very accommodating and checked over the car thoroughly. Found the tie rod needed replacing, along with a few minor repairs. They fixed every issue then and there after first calling and telling me what it was with an estimated time to repair and price. Good and honest mechanics are hard to find in Sydney. I'd bring my car back anytime and I highly recommend them.
