I had a terrible experience today. I walked into the shop with my father to help him carry the lounge suite we were buying. The manager asked me to put a mask on. I told him I have an exemption from the mask due to medical reasons. He didn’t care and asked me to leave. My dad was in a mask. We did nothing wrong but was turned away like that. It wasn’t a good feeling to be treated like I was inadequate to shop there like I was a sub human. Really not happy bout it so I needed to share this review. I won’t support a business that has this mentality. So inhuman. Doesn’t matter about the furniture anymore. I can easily buy elsewhere. He didn’t even ask to see my exemption letter. Such a disappointment.

Well been kind and ask them to deliver whatever day they can. Got a good respond tomorrow till 6pm. Been waiting for the deliver person to call but received a text around 7pm mentioning the deliver will be done from 7am-9: 30 pm…Well people are busy and have plans/work. If cannot deliver in time should have called.waited in home till 7pm now need to wait more. How long? FML

We bought a 5 seater corner couch from Monster Furniture and it fit perfectly in our home. Great service in store and great pieces of furniture at great prices.

I absolutely love this shop! Just got my corner lounge delivered and I'm so happy with it, it's really comfy, love the fabric and very stylish. Great service, very efficient, the delivery driver was really friendly too and very helpful. I also bought a hall table and TV unit and love these too. Will definitely buy from here again!

We needed to get a leather recliner and a double recliner we had seen online. When we arrived the staff was very friendly and showed us what we asked for and it was exactly what we seen online. They delivered it within 24 hours and it was such an easy process.

Within budget and ample options to choose from. The employee, Lena, was helpful in finalising my selection. Best part was the next-day delivery.

Ordered a 9 piece dining set that was due to be delivered. Received a phone call from the store 30mins before delivery time stating they had given my dining set to someone else and another one won't be ready for another 2.months.the only option was to receive a smaller set which im not happy with. When asked if they could get my table back from the "accidental" delivery they stated they don't know who it was delivered to. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!
The quality of the dining set is great but the service was appalling.

Staff are super friendly and helpful, prices are great, and our couch was delivered even sooner than originally promised.
