I bought a 7-seat couch from them. Now, the spiders are coming from under. I had a doubt when I visited the shop on woodville Road but the salesman assured me we kept the stock in tidy place. When I called them about the issue, they asked me to get a pest control. Well done, may God take my side on this one see you in fair trading.

Bought a sofa not even 3 months ago and now it started making funny noises when u sit and get up and I made a complaint to the store and finally a Rude guy is coming and identifying himself as store owner and telling me we have broke the wooden part inside the sofa in less than 3 months and it’s not a manufacturer fault and after a big argument with him he finally accepts that he will fix it for me if I pay him $170 for delivery which I clearly refused because it’s not my fault why would I pay for their mistake
I told him I will make a complaint to fair trading that you selling faulty products to your customers
He left my place saying do whatever you like to do
I have put a complaint to fair trading and I’ll advise anyone having problems with their products please file a complaint on them with fair trading so they can stop them ripping off people by selling faulty products
I have read a lot of comments from unhappy people but unfortunately I ignored them

Please guys pay somewhere you can buy quality

Customer service is amazing! My partner and I plus our 6 months old baby came here today to find and purchase a couch for our home. The guy is so friendly and very helpful and so honest with everything! I wish I get his name.
Overall our experience from the moment we enter and left the store is top notch. We are happy with the product and the price most importantly the service we did get Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for your forever couch and tables etc.

3 months ago we purchased furniture for our house. Really happy with our couches and bed. But, we bought a dining table that was a lemon. Seriously worst buy ever. Lasted only few months and it started bubbling. When we contacted the company, they said that it was our fault, because the table was made out of a board and wall paper on top. No one even mention that when we purchased it. So you could not put on it hot glasses or cold glasses or actually use it as a dinning table. Reminder that we paid good money, for a table that we though it was wood. The company only offer us to buy another one at cost price. So they wanted more money for something we weren’t happy with! This is a joke, I m really disappointed with the service. I have been a client for the last 6 year. But one think is for sure, not coming back.

Don’t buy from this shop if you buy secondhand much better than them quality

Please don’t buy from this store they are very mendacious. We have bought the entire furniture from them and now they don’t care to solve the issue here.

Amazing customer service. I was served by Suren. He was very helpful and polite. The furnitures are of high quality with reasonable price. Was able to find a perfect lounge for my living room and all thanks to them. Also got the delivery free and on the same day.

Highly recommend people who are looking for high quality furniture at affordable price. All the staffs were great, felt like they were trying to help me find the right product rather than selling me whatever they could. Even the delivery person was really helpful and polite.

The minute we walked in there the lady was super rude and pushy she was trying to sell us a modular lounge that had bleach stains on it! I think they should shut down!
