Mona Vale Medical Centre

I had a phone call appointment to discuss my blood results and I had the worst doctor in my life! No care at all and it seems that he didn’t have any knowledge. Will never book again with this clinic and made me so sad to be very difficult to find a good GP in Sydney

Dr Mazurek is a world class clinician and we are so grateful to be looked after by him. My husband and I travel just to see him when we need help. It is a privilege to have a doctor go up and beyond to guide, educate and look after his patients. Dziękuję Dr Mazurek!

Treatment was good. Also didn't have to wait long to see the doctor.
Felt unorganised though. Didn't receive test results. Doctor didn't show up on time on second appointment.
Also after my treatment, I needed some insurance paper, and they wanted tocharge me to talk with the doctor, so he can sign my stuff! That's just completely ridiculous.

If you suspect you have mammalian meat allergy do not bother with this medical centre unless they're willing to give you a reference for Sheryl van nunen.

Sheryl is a specialist in chatswood who will actually make the effort to take the right blood tests for you so you don't end up arguing with the doctors here about your own symptoms.

I was completely dismissed, if I had listened to the advice of the doctor I would be dead by now and I am salty with the admin ladies who deliberately gave me this doctor when I requested someone who would take me seriously! What kind of attitude is this to have around people who need help anyway!? Just quit if you don't care!

Really Bad customer service delivered this morning by the phone. Just to give you a tip, was terrible.

Amazing Doctors, they are all so caring and friendly, as well as the receptionist staff. HIGHLY recommend!

Made appointments at 8am for vaccinations so my wife could get to school before 9am as she is a school teacher. Waited over an hour to get the shots. Very disappointing and annoying.

Medical centre opens at 9am on Saturday. Arrived at 8: 45am and still no doctors at 9: 30am, with a 2hrs of patient waiting for a doctors that haven’t arrived for their shifts. This sort of medical service is not ok, when people are unwell

Professional and friendly staff at this medical center. Only had an issue with one Doctor, however I am not a patient of his.
Options for booked consults and bulk billed outlined clearly. The times I have booked appointments I have been seen within 5 minutes, unlike other book and charge medical centre's I have been to.

Lachlan Mcarthar is the most lovely understanding doctor. I relocated here from the Sunshine Coast and I am so glad I found such a knowledgeable GP. He is amazing, and all the lovely ladies at reception look after you so well. Georgia Scharer

Very nice reception. Paid extra for appointment.waste of money. Awful doctor, Dr Cliff Turner. Spent 5 mins at most, telling me nothing, absolutely no interest in my condition. I was in agony with ear ache. Had to ask him what the diagnosis was before he sent me on my way with an antibiotic script. Medside manner zero, no kindness, no advice.awful. I am still so unwell, will try elsewhere.

Amazing staff, very lovely makes you feel right at home. Best medical centre I've been to, waited 20 minutes and it was bulk billed. Exceptional.:)

Much better than Gateway medical centre. Staff at Mona vale medical centre are all friendly and helpful, all the doctors are nice and super helpful.

We switched! Couldn't stand the long waits at the other centre. So happy we moved. Lovely receptionists, good doctors, shorter wait times, and entertaining TV programs. Thanks.

Having had a really bad experience with another medical centre mostly from age related incompetence, I tried Mona Vale medical centre.
Friendly helpful people and a doctor that listens to symptoms before starting diagnosis, what a delight.
I was helped back to good health straight away.
So refreshing to be seen by very talented and competent doctor.

Absolutely brilliant! Hardly any wait when I went in. Really friendly staff and Dr Lachlan McArthur was superb. He answered all my questions, plus the ones my flu fogged brain hadn't ask! I'll be going to this Centre from here on.
