Women at reception were very polite and helpful and Dr Louisa Ahmad has a wonderful bedside manner and very thorough. She took the time to listen to my needs.

Friendly receptionist and doctor who made me feel comfortable on my first visit there today.

I find this practise to be very helpful. My doctor is very professional and cooperative and kind. My daughter is very happy too with her doctor with her young son who visited recently and he has had a few health challenges of late. Very good experience with caring staff.

A delightful little medical practice. I had to pop in there unexpectedly for a minor trauma emergency. The staff, nurses and doctors were accomodating, courteous and professional. I actually left with a smile on my face. Special thanks to Dr Lachlan and nurse Brittany.

As I wasn't feeling well on Thursday 7th September and left my golf game half way through, I decided to pop into the chemist for a few blood pressure checks. The chemist advised me that there was a heart alert on their machines & advised me to see the doctor.
I popped into Pittwater Medical Centre and mentioned the blood pressure checks. They asked me to go straight to the nurses area. After seeing Dr Katarina she advised the nurses to give me an ECG which indicated that I had fibrillation. They made me rest before seeing the doctor again who gave me a referral to the Cardiologist, Dr Susan Wright.
Overall, I thought the service was SPOT ON and I was being cared for very well. Thank you.

My husband and I have used Mona Vale Medical Centre since it opened. There is always a smile and welcome from the reception staff, the doctors and nurses are excellent. Happy to recommend this Practice to others.

Booked the little fella in for a covid jab. Left work early to make the appointment. Arrive to find they have run out of vaccines. “Why didn’t you call me? ” “Oh, the nurse was supposed to but she left for the day. ” Zero care or consideration.

Friendly helpful receptionists and good doctors. Outdoor seating and appointments on time both times I've been there so far. Amazing!

Took our baby to see Dr Amir Esmaeili for the first time today & he was excellent. She was quite difficult to handle! He was calm, kind & knowledgeable. He listened to us carefully & gave her excellent care. Thank you.

I have been a patient since the first week it opened its come a long way since then, ive seen quite a lot of medical centres, none as good as mona vale medical centre, it reeks of efficiency b rilliant drs amazing girls on the desk longest i have ever waited is 15 minutes

Rude and disorganised. I was told on the phone flu shot is walk in and no appointment is necessary. When my parents took my daughter for the flu shot they were rejected and asked to make a gp appointment and come back the next week. When my parents told me this I phoned back and was again told walk in for flu shot no requirement for appointment. When I told the receptionist my daughter was just rejected the receptionist was just rude and made some lame excuses. Get your story straight. Getting a young child to go in for vaccine is hard enough without all the additional drama.

I have never given a review of a medical centre, but the Admin team, the Nursing staff, and the Doctors at this practice deserve 5 stars. They are professional, consistently warm, welcoming, organised, timely, knowledgeable and generous, I feel lucky to have them in my hometown, and grateful to have access to their standards of care. Can highly recommend.

Receptionist Mackenzie exremelly rude and not helpfull at all, just confuses you as if she needs a problem to deal with something, just sack her before she gets you into REALLY big proble.

I have never been to this practice but I just called to enquire about vaccinations and was shocked at how rude, abrupt and unhelpful their receptionist was so I will be looking for alternative medical care in the area.

All the staff here, from Doctors to Reception to Nurses, are fabulous and always seem to try their hardest to help you. Excellent place to go when you need help

I can’t recommend the entire centre highly enough. The reception team are fabulous and always so welcoming and kind, the doctors are great and very thorough (both in person and on Telehealth) and the resident nurse is also wonderful. They have kept a level head during the pandemic and have been accommodating to non-Covid illnesses (especially children’s!) when other centres weren’t. I have no affiliation - just a genuinely happy customer. Thanks to all there!:)

Had a booked appointment at 11: 15am which was first appointment of the day with selected doctor. Still waiting at 2: 20pm? Advised twice by reception that others were in front but booked 2 weeks ago for first appointment. What a joke. Changed from face to face to phone consult due to having gastro diagnosed during week after covid injection. There care factor is low.

Explained to receptionist I have a sick 9 month old. Rang ahead and was told 10 minute wait, walk ins only no appointments. Drove down 15 minutes later and when I got there was told 45 minute wait. That’s fine, I understand. Come back after 50 minutes and we haven’t been called. Still waiting, almost 2 hours later, with my sick 9 month old and receptionist says doctor has a paid appointment ahead, we’re first on the list for walk-in list. You can imagine how frustrating to hear you can make a paid appointment after all of this. No apology, no empathy. Still waiting. Don’t go here if you can avoid it.

I attended a few days ago and was so impressed with the customer service at the reception desk all team members were so helpful and the wonderful nurse so professional and caring I was attended to by doctor Mac he was just excellent
