Friendly, knowledgible and honest. They were unable to repair my old phone and thought it was not repairable. Suggested a suitable 2nd hand replacement, but did not have one immediately avaible. I found one online and phoned them to check if the price was reasonable. They replied "Go for it. If we had one it would not be any cheaper".

I went here with an I pad that had a line through the screen and asked to get it fixed they charged me $130 and said they would fix it they gave it back to me with the line still through the screen and said if I want that fixed I will have to pay another $150. The new screen they put on it was horrible quality and didn’t even fit the iPad properly there are gaps between the screen and the iPad, the camera now doesn’t work and the new screen cracked just from A week of use. I’ve gotten a phone done here before and it was fine so I would recommend I’d you absolutely can’t go to apple then get a phone done here but definitely not an iPad. I will not return to this place

Went here to get my broken Iphone Xr repaired. Service was amazing from start to end. Repair was done within an hour, My phone looks new again happy with the service. Will be back for sure.

Madhu spent hours troubleshooting the issue, purchased replacement parts, and when the phone still did not work DID NOT CHARGE ME for his time nor the parts! Superb customer service.

Just today I bought a pair of headphones (for $40 + the guy serving me said they were “Apple original”) I come home to try them out and when I plug the headphone in and play my music they don’t work? I was really frustrated as i just wasted $40 on them

Although the guy was nice to my younger brother!
Still i would like a refund on those earphones

Got my iphone 8plus screen and back repaired. Quick and amazing repair. Feels like I've got a new phone again.

Usually, I don't take the time to post a review, but this was such a great job. They gave me a good price to fix my fingerprint sensor of my S9 and fixed it on the spot, only took 15-20min. Such a great job, would definitely come back if needed!

One teen son, two phones, four visits to the hospital. Seem to be able to repair any component including antenna and microphone. Always professional, pleasant and quick.

I just want to say how grateful I am with the team at mobile phone hospital miranda.
What happened was I went to Miranda Apple Store as my phone stopped working I had very important photos of my husband for his memorial that I got really upset that Apple wasn’t able to get my phone working and there wasn’t much to do apart from paying for an replacement phone.
One of the Apple staff recommend mobile phone hospital to see if there may be a chance if they can do something about it so I went upstairs, was greeted by Madhu I explained what happened to my phone and see if there something he can do Madhu reassured me that everything going to be good and I was glad he took care of me.
2 days later i receive a call and was advised my phone was working and i haven't lost any information.
When I got the phone back it was working and had my pictures on the phone I was so happy that I came down to see Madhu and the mobile phone hospital team.

Had some issue/misunderstanding with the phone screen fitted, and they went over and above to rectify and ensure perfect customer service.

Excellent service and the all staff are very friendly and helpful if you have any problem with your phone. Definitely recommend:)

1. Changed a screen for iPhone 6 from this shop. After changed the screen, the home button and finger ID doesn't work. Brought it back they said was a software problem. Change a screen caused other problems. I don't know their skill and qualification. I'm afraid after the repairs the problems in my phone got worse.

2. Change a battery for other phone at the same time. The quality of the battery was bad. After about two months, the battery was very hard to fully charged and ran flat very quickly. I brought it back to the shop and asked to change a good one. But they only repaired it. I asked for the repair receipt and they said their computer got a record. They did not give me a repair receipt. The bad battery could not last for a year.

Great customer service, they fixed my iPhone X speaker and screen at a great price. Very honest service
