Poor experience at this establishment. Purchased a phone cover, camera protectors and a screen protector spending $95 in total for my brand new Samsung S23 Ultra. The screen protector that I paid $40 for began peeling after a few days so I returned and they fitted a glass protector instead. After a few weeks the glue from the glass protector began to seep from the perimeter and bubbles began appearing under the protector screen. I waited it it out for a further few weeks but the bubbles only got worse and just made my brand new phone look terrible. I returned to the store again and was told the problem was probably related to how I was using the phone which was complete poppycock. I'd barely even used it as I was still using my old Samsung S10. I insisted on a refund and removal of the glass screen which they initially refused but then eventually processed after I made it very clear their installation was defective. Just overall a pain and inconvenience to return twice for defective work on both occasions. Avoid at all costs.

Longer story: I had the screen protector of my flip phone replaced, and managed to get bubbles in it straight away.due to user error. They were AMAZING! Total kindness and patience as i tried to juggle two kids and communicate at the same time. They helped me solve my problem, and explained what was happening (at least twice while i struggled to focus) so I could attempt to avoid the issue in the future, and refunded me because they weren't happy with the result. I was happy to pay. Genuinely happy with their service and the result.

TLDR: amazing service with integrity the like i have never experienced before in this industry. All the stars.

Thanks heaps to Mobile Pitstop team who were able to fix up my camera issue. My phones back camera wasn’t working after a screen replacement at another phone repair store.

I was quoted $189 for the repair and they said it would take an hour. When I came back to pick my phone up they advised me that they didn’t have to change the camera it was only a loose connection. Therefore the balance was $0 for the repair.

So I purchased a new cover and screen protector for my phone they even gave me a discount for buying multiple items.

These guys were very professional, honest and friendly. I will definitely be coming back to Mobile Pitstop in Miranda for any future phone problems. Thanks guys!

This has been the best experience I didn't have to send my phone away to get it repaired they have fixed it for at least an hour done a very outstanding job my phone hasn't worked any better. Would definitely recommend them

One of the best repairing shop for any mobile device with affordable price and warranty. I had my iPad repaired from here and the staff got it done in half an hour while some other shop were quoting for whole day. Lucky I came across this shop and also the accessories for the phone and tablet are affordable in compare to other mobile shop. Highly recommend to visit if you want to repair your device in a good and genuine place.
