The owner and the worker named jay is very rude and they over price everything I recommend don’t going there they are really unprofessional people

They did an awesome job repairing my very smashed iPhone.   I was not able to access anything on my phone and I was unable to back it up to my computer which meant that I might lose all of my photos and videos.   I was very relieved when they were able to retrieve and save my precious memories.   Thank you Mobile fone doctor!

I came here today to ask them if they can fix my phone! Half an hour later when I came back, they finally fix it thanks guys.

I purchased a refurbished Iphone7 on July 5th plus case for $415.00. I live quite some distance from the store. I was given the wrong charger and had to return to the store the following week prior to going away for the next 2 weeks.
Over this period, I had constant complaints from everyone I called regarding poor reception.
I researched the internet & was alarmed by the number of complaints about this for IPhone 7’s. I followed the advice provided to remedy the problem & it seemed to improve slightly for a time but poor reception issues continued.
I called the store on June 30th and the problem was obvious to the person taking the call so I arranged to take the phone back for a replacement if it proved faulty upon inspection by their technicians. They found that the microphones were extremely dirty and reception improved markedly after they were cleaned. I was somewhat sceptical, having lost confidence in its efficacy & stated that I would prefer to replace the phone.
The person I dealt with was extremely belligerent and insisted on quizzing me as to why I hadn’t returned the phone sooner. He told me not to rely on the internet for technical advice. He said I would not be getting a replacement phone. The situation became tetchy & when I stated that I would be contacting consumer affairs if the phone still proved faulty, he asked me not to threaten him.
So.a day later the phone does seem to be much improved.
This extremely unpleasant experience could have been avoided if the store practiced proper quality control of the merchandise that the public purchase in good faith.
As to my ‘threat’ that I would be contacting consumer affairs if the problem returns, be afraid, be very afraid

Had the screen for my XS Max fixed today, was given two options to choose from, given advice to go with genuine option, told would take an hour, only took 45 minutes, my phone works fine now, staff were friendly and helpful, my experience was 10/10 cheers!

I had my iPhone X screen repaired at mobile phone doctor on the 29th of January 2020.
I returned to the store on the 11th of February to inform them my flashlight button and camera button were not working correctly and they told me that because it was under warranty they would solve the issue and replace the screen again. I was unable to do the repairs that day so they printed a job receipt Incase I was unable to return for the repair before my warranty expired. They told me I could come at my convenience.
I returned to the store on the 9th of March to have the repair done. My phone had since sustained a cracked screen during that time. I was then refused repair because my screen was cracked and it didn’t fall under warranty, even though they had already told me my phone would be repaired as the original issue was the flashlight & camera button fault.
The manager was not interested at all in helping me and informed me that had my screen not been cracked they would have fixed it. Not sure how this makes sense considering they were already required to fix my phone under warranty due to the fault after the original repair.
I spend $400 in this store originally to have my phone fixed with a 3 month warranty. I will never go back to this shop.
With the absolute refusal to help me after they had already committed to repairing the original issue, the cracked screen shouldn’t have mattered considering they already needed to repair it due to their own fault.

Went in to fix an iPhone charging port issue & they broke the microphone the 1st time then the vibrator the second time. Fixed the microphone but gave me the run around with the vibrator, had to go in 3 times and still not working properly. Go in with 1 issue & get 2 more for free

I paid $210 YESTERDAY to get my iphone 7 fixed and the screen just stopped working for no reason i didnt drop it or do anything for it to mess up and now its not working at all.i didnt pay $210 for it not to work im so disappointed.

Whilst on holidays in Coffs Harbour we had our kids iPad screens repaired. The team at MFD were very friendly and professional fixing both iPads in a timely manner, allowing us to get on with our holiday. They also have a great variety of accessories. Had a screen replacement done. Came back twice with a bad install, mis-aligned and home button/fingerprint sensor sticking out. Took up a lot of my time continuously going back. One function of the phone still doesn't work after they touched it, but I can live without that for the sake of not having to hand it over again. Would not go back or recommend them in future.

After I had a loved one pass away, my phone stopped working completely, after everything it was the last thing I needed. The crew at the mobile phone doctors were so wonderful and with the lack of phone left to work with, all of my information was saved. And at a price that was so affordable. Thank you all at The Mobile Fone Doctors. So much appreciated!

Disgusting customer service today. I am a very polite person. Stood back waited my turn and a young girl, shot me a look as if I was ruining her life and in a attitude, angry tone "what's up? ". All I wanted was a quote and she snapped back with the price. No manners what's so ever. Will definitely being going else where.

Great! I dropped my iPhone 6 in the toilet and although my phone could not be saved, they did everything they could to rescue it. Thank you so much.
