Mobile Fone Doctor - Phone Repairs Coffs Harbour (Park Beach Plaza)

Horrible experience. Initially I went in store and told them the problem, a motherboard issue. They told me they could fix it and that it's a $30 fee to start. I was fine with this. They took my phone and case. I asked if I could take the case with me, they assured me that it would be fine and safe, so I complied. I called them about 4 days later asking if they had figured it out. They told me that they had. They said they would need "4 days" and it would be done. I call a little more than that later. Again they would need "4 days". I call again after that time, "need a few days". Then I call again a good week and a bit later and they tell me the phone is looping and that there's nothing they can do. Why hadn't they told me? Free $30 for mobile fone doctor. When I went instore to collect my broken phone they couldn't find my phone, he couldn't find one with my name. Eventually they found it. I then asked for my case and they told me they didn't have it. I asked if they could look and I told them specific details on it. He assured me that they didn't have it. He eventually found it. I will never return to this phone repair shop. The customer service was atrocious on the phone delaying me for about 3 weeks extending the duration of time they would need per week. It seemed like I was last priority throughout the entire time. They failed on absolutely every measure.

Change of a Samsung s21 plus screen with them, very satisfied, my screen broke again a month after for no apparent reason and they were able to change it again free of charge, so thanks to them for being honest and fast!

Upfront about prices, and service they can offer. Friendly staff, although some of their items are a little pricey.

Profanity, obscenity, used when speaking to the customer over the phone.

I asked him to loose the attitude when speaking to a customer. I asked only to look for a charge in the shop that his staff member may left on the side desk to charge our phone and transfer data, as it was a new phone. Instead of no we don't have it or yes I am sorry. I got mouthful of attitude and swearwords which was not necessary. Appalling business attitude and a serious blow to his business. He told me you think you know better than me.

Swearwords are not part of business nor the norm of the of the English language. And it doesn't make you Australia. IT IS NOT AUSTRALIA CULTURE.

I went here to replace my screen protector for a very reasonable price. Unfortunately they did a very bad job leaving bubbles on the screen that I couldn’t get out. I came back after 3 days and got and it fixed for free thankfully, after a long process. Do not go here and do not trust them or the price. Would not recommend

Went to the shop. I wanted my friend to be unblocked and the young guy helped me very quick without any cost.awesome.

I always come here when I brake my phone and my phone is my life line for work.
Always quick and it's service with a smile. Making sure customers are attended to personally making each visit a personalised one.
Phone screen was repaired within an hour for a reasonable price without the staff pushing me for other purchases.
Can not recommend this team enough.

Horrible service. I took my iPad in for a battery problem and got charged $150. The battery is still not working properly and now it seems like they did not use proper glue for the screen as it is coming off and we now must use tape to keep it down for the iPad to work. Do not recommend. Overpriced and poor quality.

Just wanted a price estimate on a iPhone 8+ screen replacement & when we went to pick the phone up after a phone call telling us the price of $180 we decided to just pick the phone up & go elsewhere as SOS is over $150 cheaper. So anyway go to pick phone up & they have fixed the screen without our say so, then I HAD TO PAY $30 to get the screen taken off…. NEVER GO HERE! RIP OFF SCAMMERS!

Brilliant service. I needed a SIM card they gave me one activated it helped me do everything and wouldn't take a penny. I am grey and wrinkly and Subhash treated me with patience, respect and courtesy. Cannot recommend the highly enough. Whilst I was entering details another gentleman needed help as his phone had locked on him. Subhash in seconds solved the gentlqman's problem and explained how to do it himself.

Sold my father a screen protector for $20, didn't fit right so she knocked it down to $15. However, he walled out to find there were finger size gaps at the side of the screen that wouldn't protect it. She refunded the money however my father is now left without adequate screen protection. Disappointing. Consider another store.

Took my phone here for repairs, they completely broke my phone and would not give me a refund!

They will be reported for scamming and selling faulty products.

Took iPhone 11 to get new battery phone came back with glue on it and back of phone lifted took it to another phone place they told me you had put faulty battery in. Never again will I go to you and I will be letting family and friends know aswell

Broke my friends Xbox he paid $1000 for the thing you’ll be hearing from his solicitor you can’t just break something that holds such value and think it’s ok 0/10 DEFINITELY DONT RECOMMEND
