GENUINE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE WITH MJ AUTO REPAIR:

Where do I start to begin with my experience with MJ Auto repair. After having a horrible experience with an NRMA nominated repairer in silverwater/auburn where I was forced to refuse services due to unprofessionalism, dishonesty and unbelievably rude customer service throughout the organization at the previous repairer, my experience at MJ auto repair lies in STARK contrast to this previous experience.

Right from the beginning I was greeted by a friendly receptionist who was able to help me immediately and put my mind at ease about the whole process and their flexibility with regards to the repair (time frames, providing courtesy vehicle etc). I was also greeted by the car interior/exterior detailer who was washing some cars at the time and told me not to worry about everything and that they will look after me. Mousti, was able to help me with everything, was super flexible, approachable and just a genuinely friendly guy. They are very busy but dont stop this from putting in the care and effort into looking after you and your car.

These guys are honestly one of the best repairers I have been to, and you can tell that they are going to do a good job just based on how clean/neat and modern their working space and reception is.

The work that was done to my car was incredible and I had no complaints, would not have dreamed that they would be able to do what they did for me. Honestly very very happy with their level or work, care and friendliness making them very easy to deal with. Such an incredible repairer. Their work speaks for its-self. Couldn't be happier, these guys are great. Come with a smile on your face, and they will do their best to help you out. So happy NRMA referred me here. Would give 6 stars if I could. Moosty & his team here did a fantastic job of repairing my Suzuki Vitara. They were so professional

& their attention to detail in respraying the paint job was fantantic.

MJ Auto did a superb job repairing my Subaru WRX 2009. The workmanship was outstanding and their persistence to source the replacement parts, required to finish the body damage, remarkable. They detailed it and made it look new again. Extremely happy customer. Highly recommend

I had a wonderful experience with Musti and MJ. My C63S had a clear paint protection wrap from ProVinyl and Musti was able to arrange its replacement with the same firm. There was even another damage speck discovered on another panel after the main dent had been fixed that I'd forgotten to tell him about; he was so kind as to arrange a second round of repairs and even take my car back to ProVinyl a second time to ensure everything was done perfectly.

Musti himself gave me a lift to Hertz upon first drop-off, and my only constructive feedback would be to adopt a system where hire cars are arranged internally (I had to arrange my own hire car but in the context of the rest of the repair job completed impeccably this by no means was a considerable issue).

My car was returned to me in spectacular condition (see the pics!) and I couldn't be happier. The lady at reception was lovely to deal with.

After having car transferred by NRMA from another repairer to MJ Autos Musti contacted us and kept us informed. Very well presented repairs and Musti explained all work done. Great repairs and great communication. Easy method of paying excess also.

HAVE to give MJ Auto 5 Stars. Why? They don't just try to make money off you, but they go above and beyond in terms of customer service and work performance to bring their customers the best quality services.
Received the best customer service possible from here out of all the places i have EVER been to.

Pros:
- Gave me a very reasonable and affordable price for my car to be fixed for a bad paint scratch and few dents.
- Musti, was generous enough to know of my financial situation and lent me a rental car for FREE. (Dont know anywhere else that is that generous)
- Kept me updated about my car situation throughout the week of it being repaired & fixed up some a few extra scratches free of charge (as mentioned before, not just about making money off customers)
- Got my car back after 1 week (very fast) smelling like lavender and roses with full seat shampoo and indoors vacumned.
- External car detailing with wash & wax and a full engine wipedown as well as tyres alloy washed and tyre shine applied. (They didn't have to but they did it as an extra)

Conclusion?
MJ Autos is a great local business and they're good at doing what they love. Want to personally say a big thank you for the splendid paint fix job and the amazing car detailing you guys did and the way you guys looked after me regardless of how busy it got.
