My cousin is having a very bad experience because you guys are keep on putting him on hold and not repairing his car. It’s two weeks and car is still parked in my driveway

Excellent service from MJ. Parts took a while to source being scarce for my Holden but the end result is 10/10. Paint matches perfectly and panel gaps are on point. Not a thing looks as if it’s been touched. The receptionists are lovely and dealt with my many calls with care.

I have placed the car in smash repair from 3 months and when I call they say the part is in backlog. They have ordered parts 2 months back and still in backlog. They don’t care about the customer. Very bad experience.

I was recommended from NRMA, every single car i own, i will ONLY bring it to MJ repairs. They are professional, they treat you with respect. Mary is amazing!

Great place, they kept me informed at all times about the progress of my car repair, the costs and were very professional in all their work. They completed the repairs in the estimated time.

They did the pink slip for me after the repair was completed free of charge.

These are an honest, courteous and professional group and would recommend them to anyone I know that need repairs.

My car was taken in this place after involving in the accident and had fault of other party. There was so much frustrating from the insurance side as I had to call them every day 2 or 3 times to follow up but the people here name Mary and Musti they heard everything that I was telling to the insurance. And even seeing my frustration Musti decided to change my car battery for free. I have never seen the people like Musti and Mary. So these two people have done the great job and Special thanks to both of these people.
For future any kind of work that I need I will not even thought a single second to come here for any work that my car needed.

Poor behaviour, the estimator works for the insurance company who’s trying to poorly compensate for the wheels. Have lodged a complaint. It’s been 3 weeks still didn’t hear anything from them

MJ auto repairs did an amazing job repairing my vehicle after a minor accident (not my fault, hit by another driver) back in November 2022, from the day it went in to delivery was exactly 1 month and right before Christmas! They were so busy but managed to get my car done in time for Christmas, you can't even tell there was any damage in the first place. Not only did they do amazing work, their service and professionalism is second to none. Big thank you to Mary for your kindness and care. You guys are the best. I was worried as my car looked terrible after the accident (I used to polish and keep it like my baby, got the body damaged due to another person's fault) but after the repair I am too happy that it looks even better now. Process took a bit long due to issues with ordering parts but the wait was worth it. The craftsmanship was great and the team cleaned both the interior and exterior as well.
