These guys are great, really friendly, super helpful and can sort out shoes, watches, belts, keys, etc etc.

This is my go to Mister Minit - been going here for several years. Always excellent service. Recently went above and beyond to source and replace a key for my car. Couldn't recommend more.

I have had a key cut and a water bottle engraved here. Stand up guy, does an awesome job, and is priced fairly.

Agus was friendly, fast and gave me a discount plus a free key ring. Good customer service is worth a lot being a business owner myself. Will be back!

I have used the same shoe repair service for 30 years until one day we were walking the Sydney CBD Town Hall Train Station and walked past the Mister Minit Pavilion Shoe Repair Service at the southern end of the station.
As we approached I watched the attendant on the grinding machine, I had to stop and admire the attention, focus and ability he had. Being a demanding and fastidious engineer myself, I always find it a wonderful thing to visualise a tradesman of any profession using his tools correctly, safely and with proficiency and dexterity, particularly when working on high end luxury products. As I’m sure most engineers would attest, it’s not only the expertise required to finalise a job professionally, it is your choice of materials and quality of finish.
We have now been using this service for several years since meeting Chong, the proprietor of this particular Mister Minit Pavilion Shoe Repair Service, he is always accommodating and professional in his manner, such an absolute pleasure in these difficult times. We have entrusted Chong with our most valued and cherished Rick Owens shoes and boots costing well into the thousands of dollars each. Chong’s finish and attention to detail is well above average, an artisan in control.

I’ve had my shoes repaired from this shop and I’ve been happy with their service. The boys are always friendly and courteous whenever I need to see them for other repairs. When they are closing shop for the day they still went out of their way to help me. Yes I recommend their service.

I bought a ring few days ago and feel wanna engrave my names in it.trying go to Mister Minit QVB and they said they couldn't make it because my ring is to small, so i was tought my ring never can get engrave.but mister Minit Pavilion make it done and perfect! Great price for simple mens shoes rubber heel replacement. Other places charge almost double. Chong was also very friendly and helpful with some handy hints for shoe maintenance. Will be coming back in future.

Of every Mr Minit or similar shop I have used this has by far been the best. Extremely good experience knowledgeable staff and fast service. Despite the shop being a little small if you need some keys cut or a shoe fixed or a watch battery swapped these guys do it efficiently and charge fairly.

Great service. Had many keys cut here - everything is sorted out promptly and professionally. On one occasion when a key didn't work it was corrected without further issue. Prices are very reasonable, staff are great. Just outside the station as well which is convenient.
