My belt needed repair urgently on my way to work and the lovely lady fixed it immediately, which saved me from looking unprofessional.

Needed to make adjustments to my watch band, took only a few seconds and staff refused any payements or tips and only asked for a good review. A fair trade!

I'm using this service for the past 3 years mostly for shoe repairs. The guys there are polite, very professional and on time. The quality of work is amazing. They managed to repair scratched heel on Louboutin shoe almost to perfection at the fraction of cost of the heel replacement.

Today I've tried watch service and repair of my wife's old Longines watch. The watch that hasn't been in use for over 7 years, today got a new lease of life for a very fair price. I'm extremely happy with these guys and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services.

My experience was couple of months ago. I needed a screw (Very tiny allen type) to be tightened my BOSE headset and had no luck in the Sydney CBD. BOSE store in the CBD was also closed.

I walked past MISTER MINIT in CBD and checked with 'Chong Trinh' and he immediately agreed to help. He was polite, respectful and did exactly what was needed in couple of minutes. He didn't charge or expect any money in spite of me offering him cash.

Convenient one-stop shop for watch batteries, car key batteries, shoe repairs and more. Just had my previously very worn down shoes re-soled here - they now look as good as new!

Over the years I have gone to various repair shops across the Sydney CBD depend on where I worked in the city at the time, but have found myself sticking to Chong's service because of his quality work and service. I first used his service back when he worked in Mister Minuit in Centrepoint Westfield about 6-7 years ago, and continue to go to him for repair works when he moved to the Pavilion store.

Even though I no longer work in the city these days, I still rather travel for an hour just to go to his store and team whenever I need a job done. He and his team always give the best recommendation for each job and will go above and beyond with their service delivery. Once I went over to repair the zipper of my favourite pair of boots cause I ripped it, Chong recommended a much cheaper option to repair the existing zipper. Guess what, it's still going strong over a year later!

They provide excellent service. My key chain was broken, but they fixed it for me. They didn't take my money in the end. Thank you very much!
