The worst experience. I’ve worked with many strata companies in my line of work and bought into 3x complex’s that have had strata agencies managing the complexes and these guys have to be the worst.
From day dot, no responses to emails, no one ever answers the phone, leave a voicemail and no one ever calls back. You would think they would want to put their best foot forward and build rapport with their customers, considering there are only 3 lots in our complex. I got so fed up I went into their office. My own strata manager Con, who didn’t respond to phone calls or emails, did not want to speak to me because my issue wasn’t an emergency. They surely can’t be that busy… they don’t respond to emails or phone calls. I was told I had to make an appointment. Try and make an appointment with the receptionist right? Apparently she does not make appointments because she doesn’t know the strata manager’s schedules… so what is her purpose? To answer the phone, take a message for a strata manager to call me back and for that message to be ignored and no one calls back?
I was also called “disgusting” by a middle age woman by the name of Simone who is apparently a manager? On what planet is calling a 40 week pregnant woman disgusting in a professional environment OK?
Michael Roberts strata was the managing agent of our complex for a whopping 3-4 weeks before we paid them out $300, out of good will, and gave them the sack.
They are a waste of time and have 0 customer service skills.

Each time we have an issue, she simply makes the issue personal saying since she just received 1 complain she can't take any actions, even if the issue has impact on other people living in our building, she prefers to ignore it.
She doesn't care. She is so bossy and unhelpful.

If any actions needed, it takes them ages even for a simple request.

Typical Greedy Corporate Company only interested in their Bottom line profit, could not give a toss about their clients and home owners. Don't make available important documentation which home owners should have access to, stating to come into the office to see them. They spend fund money without the executive committee permissions of approval, terribly bad unprofessional attitudes.

As a Strata committee member representing the interests of our Owners corporation for some years now, I would highly recommend our current Strata management company M R Strata Management. Specifically our extremely efficient, responsive and knowledgeable Strata Manager, Tony Greaves.

Tony is an experienced and qualified professional, who always gives our Executive committee evidence based, well considered advice to achieve optimal outcomes for all stakeholders.

The worst Stata we ever had an very hard to get rid off. Nightmare!

Be careful with these people, Very bad service.and the guy they hired for 8 Webbs Avenue has been attacking Asian community living in the complex. Once hired them, it's hard to get rid of them. Very likely to use owner's money against the owners. So disgusting. Shame on you. I curse you going to hell one day. This Strata management is the worst people

I have been living in property managed by Michael Roberts Strata Management for 29.5 years. In that time, the standard of their so-called "service" has gone drastically downhill. Our strata maintenance levy goes up each year, and we don't seem to get much for our money. I really would like to know exactly where our money goes. Also, every few years we are given a new strata manager and each one does not appear to do their job properly. There is a resident owner here, not an employee of Michael Roberts Strata Management, who acts as if he is strata manager and also dictates how and when and where our strata maintenance levy is spent, and it seems that some residents are favoured over others, while other residents do not get the service they need. I don't know, but this doesn't sound right to me. I agree that this particular company should be investigated, and I look forward to the day when I do not have to have dealings with them.

The cost per annum is very expensive only 2 duplex’s $8000 per duplex per Annum and unprofessional service

We are so grateful to Joel McGrath for everything that he does for our Strata complex. Nothing is too much trouble. The best explanation I can think of is that he is our lighthouse! He weathers our storms and our calm days. He is pro-active in wanting the best for the complex, responsive and patient when explaining strata laws. Thank you Joel, for everything that you have brought to our Strata over the years. We were lost in the fog without you before you came along!

I am a unit owner that has owned & lived in a few buildings managed by Michael Roberts Strata. On each occasion I have needed to contact their office, whoever I have spoken to has always been very friendly & responsive. I always recommend this company where I can to my friends or I hear people complaining about another strata company.
