27No one answered the phone. Its been 3 days now. No repone to email as well. Dont know what else i can do. Very poor service.

Unprofessional and incompetent.
Damaged bags twice. Second time my bag looked like it was run over by the plane. All numbers given go to an answering machine. After 5 numbers i got through reception who promised she will send an email to the person on one of the numbers. Given wrong paperwork to rectify damaged bags also.
Arrived in sydney 3 days ago and still haven't received my bad.no answering their phone.no update on my bag.nothing.im pissed.
Hell on Earth - They dont have the correct contact details online, or answer phone / emails and then have the audacity to charge me $150+ for storage before collecting my goods as no one told me, they dont answer their phones, and there is no online tracking

Think it is hilarious that all the reviews are about baggage yet posted under Menzies Cargo. Perhaps this is why you are not getting the desired response. You are contacting the wrong department. Menzies baggage is who needs to be contacted.
