I'd been looking around for items before moving into a flat, but most places didn't have a wide range, which would have required several deliveries on a busy moving day for me.

I found what I needed at Mega Furniture, a bed and mattress, fridge, and a chest of drawers. Booked the delivery for the day before I moved in. They were busy that day with deliveries from Shellharbour to Helensburg, but it arrived on that day.

Reliability is important to a buyer, and this store was reliable.

I bought many stuff here when I settled in Sydney. All the products are fair value priced. I was able to find excellent condition fridge and washing machine. The queen mattress was a good investment. Overall the staff is very friendly both Sam and his wife provided great customer service. They delivered my items to Nowra at a reasonable price.

Big thanks to Sam, brother and father for getting a washing machine out to me and my daughter last minute. Such life savers!

I thoroughly commend Mega Furniture. I have bought from Sam and his team numerous times now. It is excellent 2nd hand furniture at great prices. I will always go there first.

Sam and the team at Mega Furniture were fabulous right from the start. Sam kept the store open past its closing time so I could have a look around. The team brought all the furniture up four flights of stairs for a very fair price and everything I purchased is of a high quality.

They are all very friendly and accommodating and have made my move to Wollongong so much easier.

It's a large place as used furniture shop but price is very high. Their price is more expensive than Fantastic Furniture. Try gumtree first.

These guys gave great service, we purchased at 4: 30 and the products were delivered at 6: 30, the delivery was difficult due to the shape of the lounge however they went above and beyond in their efforts to get it into our living room, 5 stars

Bought a fridge off these people in April with a three month warranty attached. Within a week of this three month warranty, the fridge was not functioning properly (freezing food on it's warmest setting). They sent someone out three times to fix it within that three month warranty, to no avail, and on one occasion their repair man didn't even show up. Upon trying to get the fridge replaced, I called a total of 13 times with no answer during business hours. In-store, the owner tried to tell me that due to it being out of warranty, he would not replace it, however eventually after discussing with him that the product was sold faulty, he fortunately graced us with a replacement. Unfortunately, instead of calling to tell me on the day he'd agreed to deliver it that his truck had broken down and he would be unable, there was no attempt of contact made from him, however I tried to contact them again several times during the day. They are bringing the replacement now as I type this, and while I'm not as yet sure I can say they are reliable, we will see if this time their product and service are better. Here's for second chances.

We have gotten a bookshelf, bed and a fridge from these guys and they are all fantastic! The service is always phenomenal! They have a huge range of products too. I highly recommended them!

They gave me a great package deal on a washing machine and fridge. Both are in great second hand condition! Definitely the way to go if you're starting off or a university student! They delivered the next day on time and even came back the day after to assist in installing the washing machine when they didn't have to! Great job and thanks heaps guys!
