The service is amazing - honestly it's so refreshing to go to a shop and receive old fashioned customer service. Nothing is too much for Sam.

The quality of the goods is also great. Everything is tested and cleaned up like new. Very reasonably priced as well. Honestly could not recommend a better place.

I will never shop there again. I got a bed delivered and they told my friend that they would get rid of the old one because I didn't have the resources to do so and when they got to my place they didn't want to do it. Also they spoke another language which I recognized between themselves saying that they would like to come back and steal my dvds. Also they were insulting about me while I was in the room, treating me like I wasn't even there. They won't get one dollar out of me again. This was for the business from months back at the beginning of the year. I should report them for bad business practises. I don't understand all these other positive reviews but I had a bad experience.

Cannot rate this business highly enough. They feel like family. Or rather that’s how they treat their customers. Nothing is too much trouble. BRILLIANT!

Saada and Sam were so helpful - a good selection of furniture in good condition, a good price and same delivery - they even took my old stuff away. Highly recommend and will go there again if Ihave other furniture, white and electrical goods!

I have so far bought 2 mattresses of different sizes, second hand, and the quality has been great. I noticed a review saying they cost more than Fantastic Furniture? I don't mind paying just over $200 for a king single mattress to find out brand new they're worth thousands. You won't get that at Fantastic Furniture.

Amazing customer service. I bought a queen mattress and they advised me for all the available options. Delivery was same day, that's great. Prices were so good than any other in Wollongong. Wide range of everything available. I would recommend their products to everyone.

Quite disappointing. Have to admit tho that they are friendly (hey I guess you need to in sales right?) And are quick to close on a sale. But then I had issues with the appliance a week after it was delivered, rang them (cos 3 months warranty—happy to have it repaired, replace or whatever), man on the phone told me that they will get back to it but never heard from them. Rang back, was told “Sorry we have been busy”. Issue never got resolved.l was just lucky I had a mate who knew how to fix it.

Very very disappointing. I walked to the business thinking the service would be good, given the positive feedback via the reviews. The shop was open but no one was there. I called out for assistance 3 times with absolutely NO response. The time was 9.30 am on 15 July 2020. All I can say is WOW, not impressed

When I first moved into my apartment I need good quality furniture fatst. I went down to mega furniture and bought a bed set, a fridge and a tv all same day delivery. I really recommend to buy from here
