Medical Imaging Campbelltown

I am really really disappointed with this imaging. I did an ultrasound on my groin on 6th March and still my GP hasn't recieved the report until today which is 13th of March. I called them to check. First of all, they said that the ultr
asound wasn't performed. What a terrible liar they are! Then they found out that the ultrasound was done but it's not seen by
the doctor.
Who's in the pain snd not recieving any treatment? Me. The staff member was so rude and not empathetic at all.

Rudest receptionist, to busy whinging about patients and not serving anyone. The lady I had for my ultrasound was soooo rude and unprofessional, I was in a lot of pain while she was doing it and was rushing me and said I have other patients.
Will never return here and don’t recommends anyone else either!

To start off i appreciate that they were able to fit me in for an emergency scan due to possible appendicitis, but there are so many issues with this business. Admin staff talk loudly at the reception about their personal lives and that of their clients which is very uncomfortable for patients in the waiting room and then there in the cleanliness of the place which is quite disturbing for a medical practice the floors are filthy and the bathrooms are in an appalling state.
My ultrasound technician although tried to be friendly did however rush the procedure and did not capture any images of my appendix my doctor was very disappointed as the scan was of little help.

This was not my first bad experience here I also had a pregnancy ultrasound years back at this place and the ultrasound technician kept talking about a woman who had come in earlier that day and her baby had no heartbeat this was prior to starting my scan and i was in there because we thought we had lost the baby so it was a bit inappropriate and upsetting he also blurted out the sex of the baby without asking (the reason I'm mentioning this now is he still works there). I would recommend only going here if you have no other option. I hold out hope that somehow this business works on the issues.

AVOID. Went in for an Ultrasonically guided Steriod injection in heel. Advised that the previous injection was terribly painful, as no local anesthetic used first. Was told it is mixed with the steroid (apparently to save time and money) asked if local could be done first? As it defeats the purpose of having a local. Answer was Yes, will put on file. Ok turn up and Ultrasonic guy cannot find on notes but assures me will be ok. So An Arab medic turns up, repeats request to him. He takes the time out to explain he " used" to do this but stopped 25 years ago as his patients felt pain in both shots? Local must of been watered down? Ultra sound guy clearly has a small diameter needle, but medic insists No No No use 4/0! That is a needle with a 5.2 mm diameter! For a local? No pain numbing creme used just whack tried to ram it in. Of course I nearly kicked him in the face.injection unsuccessful because of an arrogant azzhole trying to be a smartazz. Avoid this place. So unprofessional. No, I am by no means a medic, but worked as a medical equipment engineer for many years, so spent a lot of time around hospitals, surgeries and private clinics. There is No excuse for such arrogance, there was no need to attempt to insert such a large diameter needle which probably did not have any painkilling qualities about it. Which points to an attempt to deceive. A soft tissue injection that was supposedly ultrasonically guided? No excuse for Shabby Service. Do yourself a favour look elsewhere

It was my first time getting a cortisone injection for my lower back. I was little scared since I don't like needles, but the girls were very nice and patient. They assured me that the injection will not take that long and that the doctor is very experienced. The doctor was very quick and it definitely didn't hurt as much as I thought. I felt relief very soon after. If I ever need another injection I'll definitely be coming back! I cannot fault the service here.

I had a great experience with my CT scan. The CT ladies were very professional and helpful. It was my first time having an injection, they were very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. I got my pictures straight away, highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back for any scans i have in the future.

OLDER FEMALE RECEPTIONIST SHOULD BE SACK VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL.
GIVE WRONG INFORMATION THEN ACCUSES YOU FOR BEING WRONG. PLEASE WOULD THIS OWNER SACK HER.

Receptionist named Lisa needs to learn some respect and manners while shes at it. Absolutely obnoxious and ignorant. Learn to shut your big fat mouth when a patient is speaking. Listen then when the patients finished speaking then u reply. DONT SPEAK OVER PATIENTS. Get some training ffs

The reception staff very rude, i always used to go there at 5pm take kids after school for xrays, receptionist said NO they close at 5.so i went to a different place in queen st.

Unprofessional staff. If you really want to improve your service hire new professional staff.
Who knows how to manage appointments.
3 times they change our appointment.

I had the worst ultrasound I’ve ever had, I went for my 20 week scan, so excited to see my baby and hoping to find out the gender. I had a rude man who rushed through this very important scan in ten minutes, gave me minimal information on what he saw, I had to ask about cleft palate and he couldn’t tell me if my baby appeared large when I told him I have gestational diabetes, he also seemed annoyed when I requested a due date for my midwife. When it came to the gender he said my baby’s legs were closed the whole time, there’s nothing he can do, then he proceeded to bang on my stomach with the wand to try to move my baby. I was holding back tears and in too much shock to react at the time, I feel like the well being of my baby was completely overlooked and there was absolutely no care or compassion shown for this delicate job. He hurried me out saying I could pick up my results tomorrow and the report would tell me what I need to know. He only showed me brief blurry flashes of my baby and I did not get to hear the heart beat, weeks of excitement quickly disappeared. I honestly believe that this man is in the wrong job, I have already shared this story and told people never to go to him, I guess he just wanted to go home on a Friday afternoon, that felt like his priority, not care for his client.

I went in for my 12 week scan, the male technician didn't say a word the whole time. He put the wand down after 5 mins of probing and said 'sorry, there's no heartbeat. You can wipe the gel off now'. He then mentioned the heartbeat had stopped at 9 weeks. When i asked what the next steps were considering i had lost the baby 3 weeks prior and had no idea or no indication he said 'speak to your doctor. Wipe of the gel now'.

there was no compassion at all.he was only concerned about me wiping off the gel and leaving.definitely would not recommend.

My experience is pretty good here, didn't wait too long after booking, staffs are all kind.

But the address seems wrong lol, map lead me to the rsl, but they actually opposite the spotlight.

Most of the review here focused around the receptionist and touchy-feely stuff.
My experience here was extremely good. I came with lower back pain for xray and CT and this was the only centre around which would provide the report on the same day. Later I did have to do USG and I came late but the nurse was understanding.

The receptionist was rude, the nurses were rude. Not what you want when you're unwell. Go elsewhere.

Had my 18 week ultrasound and was so upset didn't even see baby till the last 2 seconds of the ultrasound, didn't talk to us the whole way through, ddidn't get to hear heart beat and he really didn't even look to find out gender. We were so disappointed.

The worst ultrasound place iv ever been to. My 12weeks ultrasound was a terrible experience.then yesterdays scan my god! Telling me my baby's low fluid wasn't compatible with life no explanation just a report to take to hospital.btw your report states baby has no bladder to bad its pictured and labled I'm my 12week scan

Terrible Service. Receptionist was so rude and cold. Have no manners whatsoever. Tried to make an appointment with them and they were not organised or anything. If i could give them a minus star rating i would.

Last experience there killed all the previous ones. Disgusting service from a male technician, I would love to put his name here but I won't be that bad. He was absolutely rude throughout the appt, no manners, no information provided, certainly no care about his service and the patient (a 34w pregnant women excited to see her baby after a while). He took the worst pictures i ever seen in a ultrasound. And when he finished, the only thing he said was. 'That's all, ready to pick up tomorrow'. You gentlemen should be working somewhere else because vocation for this job you don't have! Plus to add up to the horrible experience I picked up my results the following day to go straight to my appt at the hospital and oh. I was given the results of another lady.
Not coming back to that place and certainly not recommending it to anyone. So glad let my midwife know about my experience in this place and got a new referral. Such a Shame

Stupid place.booked an appt 2 weeks prior. When i went they said i don't have any appt recorded. I showed that people. No apologies or anything for their mistake.
