Their customer service is so poor and very rude to people. I called to make an appointment for my CT scan as recommended by my doctor and she just answered and hung up while I was trying to ask questions. They need training

I was actually early, but although there were only two of us in the queue and four reception staff with no customers in front of them, I was nearly quarter of an hour late for my appointment. One staff was busy on the phone, but others were sorting and printing and filing things which obviously needed to be done, but from being early, I ended up being very late for my appointment. The staff are helpful and friendly but. Frankly, I thought I might have to return another day, and knowing how painful these Injections are, I actually had thoughts about an angry doctor sticking the needle in and waggling it around because I was so late. That was a very vivid and worrying thought while I was waiting and waiting. Doctors are only human and. Dr Harold. Shipman murdered two hundred and fifty of his patients. Our doctor at the Campbelltown Medical and Dental Centre was superb in his skill and treatment of us, but Dr Brian Cricket murdered his wife for her life insurance and his mistress. He was a great doctor.but now jailed for life, and we miss him. The joys of Campbelltown.

But as it turned out in LUMUS, Dr Mayat kept the pain minimal, and the outcome is excellent. I look forward to several weeks being pain free. I have had a lot of these painful steroid Injections, and Dr Mayat is one of the very best.

They were very quick, helped a great deal and although I was pretty early and didn't expect it I was called into do what had to be done early as well. Couldn't be happier

My mother had an ultrasound and technician was rude and unprofessional. My mother is elderly and needed help moving around and the technician was so put out having to help me sit up and stand up. Was blunt and rough throughout examination. Should not be in the profession! Front desk blamed me for being late to the appointment but when mother produced the card they had given her with the appointment time, no apology that mum was right and they had it wrong. They had made a big deal of it in front of the entire waiting room of people which was embarrassing. Overall horrible experience and won’t be going back. Avoid if you can especially if you are elderly and need some empathy and assistance.

My husband had a nuclear scan today. Could not fault anything from today's experience. Caring staff and a nice cup of tea for me as a visitor.

Receptionists were very rude and unhelpful, especially lady with short, straight blonde hair. I don’t usually bother writing reviews but her passive aggressive attitude was totally uncalled for. Young man at reception was friendly and polite however.

I went for a postpartum ultrasound check up. I was scared and nervous but Merae was so nice to me, understanding and gentle. She made feel safe and relaxed. Thank you Merae:) x

Been twice in one week & both times was treated with respect at all times.

I went here yesterday. Very professional staff. Kind, courteous and understanding when they informed me of my miscarriage. I deeply appreciate their compassionate nature and the gentle handling of the situation. Maria was one of the ladies and I can't remember the name of other lady with her. Thanking them both. Highly recommended.

It was very great. Merae was very helpful and supportive. She explained very well about what is she going to do during my ultrasound.

Usually when having a radiology appointment, your asked to arrive 15 mins early, most places no matter what seem to continuously run behind schedule and you can be left waiting up to and hour for your appointment. But
Every appointment iv had here, I have been in and out in the most amazingly timely manner.
Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

The one and only downside is that, the rostering system. When anyone calls to make an appointment for their procedure, it is rarely on the day they’re taking future bookings, and you’re given a specific date to call back to make the appointment, a few times iv had to wait 2-3 weeks before i can call back to book the procedure, then another 1-2 week wait for said appointment.

Had a Cortisone injection into my shoulder at Lumus Ctown today. The Sonographer was very helpful with the details he provided regarding this treatment and how it works along with the benefits hopefully gained.

I went in for a biopsy of my left breast. Although I was nervous I was looked after exceptionally well by the specialists that did the procedure. They were extremely professional and exactly what you wpuld expect for a five star facility.would recommend Lumus Imaging to anyone seeking a very professional facility for there Imaging

Poor service very rude unprofessional experience. Ultrasound reports were made very poor and wrongly diagnosed thanks to reporting of this service would not recommend getting any scans that relate to re productive health here!

Extremely rude receptionist names Jackie, she’s not a doctor but she’s trying to act like she has expertise as a doctor. People need services but get me the run around m I felt like because it was a Saturday she didn’t want to book us in because it was 2 hours prior to closing time. She needs to stop listen and respond accordingly and stop speaking to people like their stupid.

Alway a lovely experience at Campbelltown office. Raga is always amazing. He was so helpful doing my ultrasound. Love the Team at Campbelltown their doing an amazing job.

Have been here last week to do some FNB, after the initial test the radiographer called the radiologist in. The radiologist arrived in a haste (forget about introducing himself or procedure), just put the needle into my body, so painful. When I said it was so stingy and painful, he just said “come next time with numbing patch on, no other anesthesia would work”. I was not given any opportunity to ask questions. I came home with full of frustration.
What an arrogant Health Care Professional! Being polite and providing information to the patients would not hurt, which is a responsibility as well.
Wish you good luck though.
(The lady in the reception was good though).
My specialist referred to another local radiology service, they gave me the local anesthesia and completed the procedures, thanks for all smooth experience.

First class, quick assistance from receptionist and the two student radiologist staff were very helpful, explained everything clearly and no waiting time.

Customer service I have received the twice I have been here have been great. I had 2 different people do my scans on these separate occasions and both have been friendly. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is on my second attendance the person giving my scans was rushing and didn't talk about anything he was doing for my pregnancy ultrasound or showed me my baby at all. Apart from that it was a great experience here and all bulk billed! I also came early one time and they were able to accommodate that so I could go to my workplace without being late. Thank you!
